Wonderful stay at the vitri apartments. Incredible location, amazing amenities, and excellent product! Will absolutely be staying again!!

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was well appointed And the facility amenities far exceeded our hopes. The views from the upper terrace were incredible. We look forward to returning soon!

When I arrived I followed the visual instructions which were incorrect. Made it very difficult to get into the building. I reached out via chat and it wasn’t until mid day the next day that I got a response. Left me in a very difficult situation. My parking pass did not work. Every time I tried to enter the parking garage I had to wait for another car and follow them into the parking garage based on the tight area outside the parking garage I had to essentially wait in everyone’s way. It was super inconvenient. There were several other features like checking in to multi step process up and down to my room on the fourth floor and back down to my car on the second baseman parking ramp it required me to do that multiple times just to check in and get my parking pass. Finally in checking out you need to leave all of your fobs and parking pass in your room This made it impossible to use the elevators that were required a key fob. I had to haul my bags down five stories to just to get to my parking. The whole virtual assistant is slow that in real time it doesn’t function.

This apartment was fantastic. Great location. A parking spot in the garage. Very modern. But the most important was how clean it was. Sparkling clean! From the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedroom. Not a hair or a spec of dust. This place was immaculate. Check in was virtual with every step detailed. Very easy. We loved this place. When in Scottsdale I will always use Kasa.

Amazing place, very clean and definitely worth it. Absolutely beautiful!

DON'T DO IT, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Not sure what is going on here, but this is not a hotel, its some scam trying to rent out un-rentable rooms

Great location. Very Clean. Love the unit and the amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

Great location. Very Clean. Love the unit and the amenities. I would definitely recommend.

Check in was a nightmare but once we got in our room, it was great.

The property was very well maintained. The apartment was super clean and well stocked. Everything was in perfect working condition. The directions on how to access the property and the apartment were all super clear. I would definitely stay here again.

The only good thing is the location! Do not stay in unit 2060! This unit is hard to find and the it has no natural light whatsoever. The hot water is lukewarm at best so cold showers are the norm. The pool is nice...if you can find it. There isn't one sign to let you know how to get there. Don't forget your key fob or you'll be stuck in the stairwells where the temp is well over 110 degrees.

Excellent Stay! Stay was great. Check in…I’d add that the property name is Vitri only because the address isn’t visible but the name of the property is.

Had a great stay! Place was nice and very clean

Beautiful experience in Scottsdale Likes: Loved the virtual check-in and contactless arrival experience. Super clean apartment with high-end fixtures and amenities. Great location too - we could easily walk to grab dinner and coffee at Scottsdale Quarter. Dislikes: Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect.

Beautiful place with nice views of the mountains and a perfect walkable location

Everything was fabulous. It's very expensive, but it's nice to treat yourself every now and then. So, it was worth it for a few nights.

Great amenities

The check-in info arrived after we got there and didn't know what to do to enter the building, so that was frustrating. Then, there was only one key fob to get in the building, which forced us to have to stay together if we wanted to leave. There was no remote to get into the parking garage, and we never received one, despite asking for it. Parking was a challenge the entire stay. Inside the unit was fine - a basic apartment with basic furnishings.

I think we were the first to have stayed at this location! It was in the perfect location. It was well priced. Patio was big and we overall enjoyed it.

Wow!!! What a wonderful stay for our family. The kids spent hours in the pool, which felt like we were at a resort. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern and had all the amenities we needed for a couple days. We cooked dinner both nights and found the kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and everything we needed. Having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver too! Already planning our next trip to Scottsdale to stay at Kasa again!

Overall we had great experience here! The apartments are new and stunning - high quality furnishings and fixtures. We had a few questions about check-in but the Virtual Front Desk got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.

The Kasa Scottsdale was fantastic! Absolutely beautiful apartment in a great location. We appreciated being able to walk to everything at the Scottsdale Quarter mall, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Check in is totally self-service which made the arrival experience seamless. Just make sure to read the check in instructions carefully! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Great place! Have some awesome shopping and dining within walking distance. Our place was clean and communication was easy ! Highly recommend

Beautiful apartments! We enjoyed our stay and especially liked having our own kitchen. Thanks to the Virtual Front Desk for their excellent service too!

Awesome place, great location and Kasa was so easy to work with. Will definitely come back and use them again! Book with confidence

Great Location, Building and Apartment. Very clean, well organized system for check-in and check-out and use of the unit. Comfortable bed and accomodations. It would be a great apartment to rent for long term. It is near the Scottsdale Quarter and has a lot of amenities inside the unit and the apartment complex. Nice view of the mountains, as well. I am disappointed with Kasa after checking out. I stayed for three days and left the place as clean as it was when I arrived but Kasa wouldn't take one minute of their time to give me a review. It is just a matter of being considerate and common courtesy. Their system appears to be a computer bot that gives standard responses not applicable to my questions or messages at times, so many conversations via messaging are not with an actual person. It makes me feel like they only care about making money versus really caring about their clients.
