Excellent experience! Great location, the room was well appointed and had everything I needed. Staff is friendly and they maintain a clean building. What did it for me was how they handled the fires in LA. Went above and beyond to accommodate and when the surrounding area had an evacuation order they proactively reached out to make sure I was ok. Definitely staying at Kasa again.

Kasa Sunset is not only beautiful, spacious, clean and full of amenities, but it is also super safe with all the codes needed to enter all the different parts of the building, both inside and outside. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights here and felt super safe and super comfortable and is walking distance to so many different things on both sides of Sunset Blvd. The only downside is that although the windows are expansive and fill up the an entire wall of the unit, a black film (due to the advertisements they display along their windows) prevented us from truly enjoying the views it has to offer. That was really a bummer but other than that we loved all the things our unit came equipped with and you can also control the heat/ac in your unit. Loved it and will for sure come back to stay in the future!☺️

If you want to use public transportation, buses pass on the corner, the Hollywood station subway is close by where you can take the Los Angeles tour. If you go by car, it is one block from the freeway so you will get anywhere quickly. There is a target with groceries 8 minutes walk away. In any situation they respond quickly; You can leave your bags before check in and after check out. The check in and out process is easy. I would definitely return without thinking about it. I stayed in the 12th floor and the view is very nice. The place is just like the images. (Original) El estudio es amplio y realmente te hace sentir en casa. Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para hacerte de comer. La ubicación es buena. Si quieres hacer uso del transporte público, en la esquina pasan los buses, el metro de la estación de hollywood te queda cerca donde puedestomar el tour de los Angeles. Si vas en auto, esta a una cuadra del freeway por lo que llegaras rápido e cualquier parte. Hay un target con groceries a 8 mins caminando. Ante cualquier situación contestan rápido; uedes dejar tus maletas antes el check in y después del check out. El proceso de check in y out, es facilismo. Definitivamente regresaría sin pensarlo. Me quedé en el Piso 12 y la vista es muy linda. El lugar es tal cual las imagenes.
