The overall space was nice and as advertised, though the soundproofing was not great (I could hear the neighbors watching tv and sirens from emergency vehicles outside) but a white noise machine and earplugs were provided. Maintenance needed to be done during my stay, and the AC and water were both turned off. This was not communicated to us at all until after both systems were shut off, and neither were we provided any updates or estimation for how long they would be off. This was during a heatwave with temps in the 90s, and due to not having any notice about the water we had to walk to a gas station to use the bathroom. When I asked for more information I was told someone would get back to me shortly, to which I said "okay thanks," and TWO HOURS LATER the only response was "you're welcome!" with no actual update. I asked again for an update and was never responded to. The only compensation I was offered for the massive inconvenience was 10% off my next stay, but I would not return.
