Small old rooms, dark, smelled of cigarettes. Small bathroom, sink in living room and not in bathroom. No support staff available on premises. Other guests rude. Will not stay again.

There was a mouse running around my room and when I contacted the staff via text, I was only given the option to switch to another room. This would be insufficient since the mouse eventually left my room by crawling under the front door. The response from the facility was totally abhorrent and the idea that they have a rodent problem is disgusting.

A localização é ótima, perto de Upenn. O espaço é limpo e confortável. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado da unidade, e fiquei 2 dias sem ar condicionado. A comunicação é pessima! Eles demoram muito para responder e geralmente a resposta é automática. Gostei do espaço, o único ponto é melhorar a comunicação e prestação de reparos.

Amazing location and fairly priced for the high season. We really liked the cleanliness of the place. I am sure owner can do bit better with toiletries. Other than that extremely happy with the place and service.

The place is right on the edge of UPenn, within walking distance to the main dorms, and next door to the police office. The room is spacious, very clean, and even comes with free laundry service. The shower is the best. If they can offer extra sheet and blanket when 2 persons registered, that will be even better. But I guess as a guest, we always can request in advance.

It was great except I didn't know we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. So, we had to haul 5 different pieces of luggage up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Otherwise, a great stay. Very clean. Centrally located.

Mouse in my room. I saw a mouse in my room on my second night. I emailed and message the supposed 24/7 hour service to check out the situation or get me a different room. In which they couldn't because they were fully booked which I completely understood but they kept telling me they would have someone come out the next morning but never sent anyone out. As a customer I was very uncomfortable staying in the room and ultimately nothing being done to address the situation other than telling me lies and suggesting that I buy mouse traps.
