Kasa Union Station Denver

Great location, walkable to both downtown and LoHi. Our dog especially loved being so close to the park. The place was very clean, quiet, and spacious, and was perfect for the two of us. We both worked remotely during our stay without any issues. I used the private office/workspace, while he worked from the kitchen/dining area, so there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated having everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the TV had casting capabilities and most of the apps you’d want already downloaded. It was also really easy to request an early check-in, which they were able to accommodate at 1pm at no extra cost. That was such a nice touch and really appreciated after traveling. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the hosts was superb; I had a couple of questions before we arrived in Denver and they responded quickly and with reassurance. The location couldn't have been more perfect as it was just a couple of minutes walk from 16th Street, Union Street Station and other attractions. The pool at Kasa was fabulous with plenty of relaxing seating and although I didn't use them. the roof terrace and outdoor grill areas were great spaces for families and friends to enjoy. Coffee stations on each level was a welcoming touch too! I genuinely can't think of one single negative aspect to our stay. Thank you Kasa for making our vacation so memorable.

Excellent choice for a long term, home style stay that's close to everything! Likes: We can't say enough about the location, which is walkable to everything in downtown Denver, plus the river with lots of walking/bike paths and parks. Also, the size of our room. We had a nice view over the pool, good sized kitchen which was mostly stocked with plates, silverware, soap, towels, etc. Free Starbucks coffee self-serve machine in the lobby of our 4th floor, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, linens, large closet, W/D in room with detergent provided. Really it's more of an apartment than a hotel room. Also, although there's no front desk staff, you can text the property at anytime with requests or complaints and they are very responsive to solve your issue. Dislikes: Overall the facilities were excellent and clean (gym, pool, interior common areas) but the pool/patio area was a disappointment. Not cleaned daily, trash not regularly emptied, and the various outdoor ceiling fans in the cabana areas never did work, despite 100 degree heat for several days during our two week stay. There are also some broken and loose tiles around the pool that need attention for safety reasons. However, none of this would stop me from rebooking here again next year.

Unit was impeccably clean. It was very comfortable, organized, and had everything we needed, and nothing more. Parking was easy and reasonably priced. Kasa was great at communications and quick to answer questions.

Great place to stay and help was prompt and responsive. Highly recommend.
