A very good stay in a peaceful and well-connected area. Pros: -Wll-explained web app for check-in. -The pool is a great plus. -Located right across from the Santa Clara train station and several bus stops. -Rooms are quiet, clean, and comfy. -Enough power outlets. Cons: -No front desk staff to talk to. I had an issue where I didn't find any physical keys in my room as promised. It took 3 days to somewhat solve it via WhatsApp, they ended up giving me an account for an app to open the locks instead of using the codes on the elevator and door keypads. -The entrance is very "car-centric", which made it feel weirdly unsafe to me. First, you have to go through the parking garage, take the elevator to your floor, cross the parking garage again, and then enter the internal hallway to get to your room. It's not a dealbreaker, but it just feels weird. It's the first "apart-hotel" with pool and I really appreciate this, love the location and how spacious the room was. Also having laundry in the room it's very very convenient. There's only a 7-eleven across the street and a Coffee shop downstairs that where a nice to have. Overall a very good stay. Also, if you are a plane-spotter, yes you can see from the rooftop some of the San Jose airport and some planes departing, but I wouldn't say it's a good place for it. And although the police station is across the street I didn't hear any sirens or noise during my stay.

Great place with great amenities, we were blown away with how spacious the room is and how nice the pool is. The instructions to get in are easier than it looks, and once you get your key card getting around is very easy. The neighborhood is very safe, clean and quiet. I would definitely enjoy coming back here.

Overall, I had a good stay. The checkin process was slightly clunky but ended up working out fine. The building felt very safe and had great amenities. Loved the rooftop and the gym. Fyi there is no coffee on the rooftop even though it says there is on their website. The coffee in the lobby opens at 9am. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I felt like the bed was really uncomfortable and kind of sunk in the middle. Felt like a big miss to have a cheap bed after having such a nice apartment otherwise.

I liked to communication with the host, overall, they responded fairly quickly. I did not like the parking; it was complex and not convenient. The parking spot was in another floor from the room, and it made it difficult to bring in objects and to check out.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apt was exceptionally clean, modern, and nicely updated. It has everything you need. The property is also located in a very quiet area, which made the stay even more relaxing. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again.
