I’d stay again Everything was great. Comfortable and cozy apartment, well cared for, and in a great area surrounded by amazing, local restaurants, shopping, and community activities. The apartment includes very comfortable beds, over-sized bath tub, tennis courts, pool, all of the kitchen necessities.

Good location The property was a perfect location for us and having a washer/dryer was great. The property overall was clean but the bathtub really needs to be updated and there was a definite mildew smell. The tub has been painted and the paint is peeling off which makes it feel dirty. All the basics that you need are provided and it's very quiet. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

The rental unit was clean and well supplied with the comforts of home. Items included an iron and board, coffee maker along with tea, coffee, sugar and powdered cream. Personal care items included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hair dryer. General cleaning products were also on hand. The premises included a basketball court, tennis court, workout room and pool. But most impressive was a reserved parking area for a car wash and vacuum. The unit was very clean. the amenities on the property were clean and well maintained. The communication, instructions and directions were clear and well delivered. Location for dining and shopping was nearby.

Very efficient apartment: good location for us, convenient, the pool and workout room are great, it’s quiet, and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms needed to be cleaner at check-in and there was some inconsistency with check-in numbers and information but not hard to figure out. Note that it is a 3rd floor walk up.

A colleague and I needed a place close to the Wellington Regional Medical Center for two days. Rates for hotel rooms in the area were unreasonable. I found the Kasa property online and took a chance. I am very happy I took that chance! The apartment and amenities were perfect for us. Going forward, I will be contacting Kasa every trip to south Florida.

Kasa was great!! The unit we stayed in was in a great location. Very clean. Had everything we needed. It was a very nice property to walk around. The pool was great to swim in. There was a pretty lake next to the property. The representative was easy to contact. She said they are available 24/7 and they responded to use very quickly even in the evenings.

Great location Took almost sine hour to get in. The code didn’t work , took almost 30 minutes to get someone on the phone … they had trouble and had me on hold 24 min done technical support to reset code. Once we got in the apt was infested with millipedes. They send someone to “ check” there were bugs , then another day sent pest control , then when I asked something be done for price said they needed to send another person again. Never got anything off price despite the worm like creatures climbing the walls and being found every day on the floor. Very expensive to come home and have to leave the luggage outside to do bug checks.
