We were in town for a concert at the Majestic and had our first stay at the Mint House Dallas which will not be our last. This is an amazing place to stay! Check-in, check-out and parking were simple and well communicated. The room was large, modern, clean, and exceptionally well equipped. And the views from the 50th floor are incomparable!!! The Mint House staff were on top of their game with clear and timely communication and a level of hospitality that is rare these days. They took care of everything we needed. Thanks! We will be back.

Staycation for Anniversary Celebration! Great room with a great view overlooking downtown Dallas on the 49th floor! Online check-in and virtual front desk was seamless with detailed instructions from entering the parking garage to finding your room! You also have access to the Tower Club on the 48th floor for fine dining and cocktails! Great location for exploring downtown Dallas! Definitely plan on checking out their other locations around the country!

Nice rooms, very good infrastructure (pool, gym, restaurants on site, parking) and competitive for the location. High hotel floors give great views of Dallas and almost eliminate all the normal downtown noise. Residents get a hotel discount so if you are visiting someone in the Dallas Peridot, it’s very handy.The process is pretty much all digital, so if you dont like dealing over email, text and using codes for access it may be a struggle.

We booked a corner unit, and the views were breathtaking! The apartment was very clean, and the check in/check out instructions were easy to follow. We thought it was very kind that there was a sound machine put in one of the bedrooms for our 1.5 year old. We will definitely be booking here again for our next stay in Dallas!

Mint House Dallas Downtown puts you right in the middle of a highly walkable part of the city, steps from great restaurants, downtown attractions, shops, and easy routes into Dallas’s most popular neighborhoods. Many guests spend their days on foot and only grab a ride when they want to venture farther out.

For longer trips, rideshares are quick and convenient, and if you prefer to drive, we offer on-site parking at the property. Public transportation is also a great option, with DART Rail just a five-minute walk away. All four major DART rail lines (Red, Blue, Green, and Orange) pass through downtown, making it easy to get around the city center or reach surrounding areas. You can also hop on the M-Line Trolley, a free vintage ride that connects Uptown and Downtown seven days a week, or take D-Link, a free downtown circulator bus (typically around 11:00 AM–11:30 PM, Mon–Sat) that connects many major attractions.

Flying in? You can choose between Dallas Love Field (7 miles away) or Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (17 miles away).

What do I need to do before I arrive?

You also have the option to complete your self check-in online, which we encourage if you plan to arrive late at night or early in the morning. Once completed, you’ll get access to your Virtual Front Desk, which has step-by-step navigation instructions and provides your codes 10 minutes before your check-in time.
