Ladies night Staycation Condo was great! Specious and comfortable! Excellent location in downtown Greenville. Easy to come & go. Will definitely return!

Great place Trip was perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place

Complained about noise at 2 am on New Year's Eve but it wasn't us. We were sleeping. I think people were setting fireworks. Made us feel unwelcome, briefly

We needed a multiple room suite accommodation for our stay over Christmas and this fit the bill perfectly. It’s easy to access, clean, comfortable, and very spacious! The details the team has thought of are impressive, down to the earplugs and eye masks in each room. It was a little noisier than staying in a hotel, but not noisy enough to bother us. The parking could have been more conventional, but it wasn’t a terrible walk and was free for the holiday, so can’t really complain about it!

I came into town to see my 5 month old namesake baptized. I could walk to the Downtown Presbyterian church. The apartment was spacious, well stocked with iron and ironing board which I used to iron the 42 year old hand sewn Christening gown. The apartment was clean, well decorated and lovely. I have already recommended it to friends. There was a pretty view especially at night. I felt very safe. My young fried had to help me get in the first time. It was very quiet.

We loved the location of the property. The beds were very comfy. The place was really nice. I was happy that kitchen items such as dish soap and paper towels were provided. The place was very quiet overall. As far as check in I didn’t get the email with instructions 18-24 prior. I called the day of check in and then it was emailed. There was a missing blind at the big window in the living room. I would definitely recommend the Mint House.

Better than a hotel! Awesome alternative to a hotel! Great location and large, comfortable accommodations! We will stay here again when in the area!

Prime location in downtown. Easy access to suite with awesome views

I was disappointed for certain things but editing my review and stay at 3 starts since they reached out to me. But there is definitely a parking issue and you will have to walk far and pay extra. There was an issue with the heater but we managed to stay. Good part is that they reach out and apologize for the inconvenience. House is clean and no other complains.

This is an amazing place to stay! Way better than a hotel!!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with incredible views!

Imagine going to a family members vacation condo that gets a regular cleaning service... that’s what this felt like. The floors were impeccable along with the bathrooms and the rest of the place. The sheets had an amazing fragrance. You can’t even compare this place to a hotel. Hotels feel like you’re staying in a room that a million other people have stayed, this felt like home. Cleaning crew, you are awesome! Best home away from home experience. Will totally recommend:) Thank you!

The access code for apartment wasn't provided in advanced. Rude service. The city of Greenville was wonderful though!

Great place to stay! We were very impressed with the Mint House! It was clean, well kept and in a great location. I was worried that parking would be an issue but we parked in the lot right beside the building for $5 a day. The check in process is really quite easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Greenville. Beautiful accommodations!

Brand new, large rooms, great location, friendly staff, and cost effective

Friend Getaway Beautiful place and very convenient to downtown area! Loved the views!!

An immaculate suite with plenty of space. This propeety is ideally located to activities and restaurants. It was very quiet in the building as well.

Great Great. Not a deal breaker. But only 1 tv. The room the bed and cleanliness was excellent. Checkin was high tech. Great

Better than a hotel...

The hotel is in close proximity to everything we wanted to do downtown. It was a spacious beautifully appointed apartment. The only thing that was a bit disconcerting was we did not find out that you had to fill out a background check until after we were booking. Also they place a $500 hold on your credit card until you have checked out. This seems a little extreme to me but I understand it is because it is a residential apartment complex. These kinds of things should just be informed before.

Must Stay Establishment!!! Location, location, location!!! The Mint was an amazing place the stay, centrally located to many restaurants and attractions all within walking distance. It was easy to access the property and the unit was emacultae upon arrival. We had a great night sleep and the next morning we wished that we had planned to stay the weekend vs. o e night. The Mint is definitely a must visit establishment for all who are looking for a spacious place, full of amenities, and walking distance to many attractions. I rated The Mint a Five Star due to all the benefits mentioned above, however, if I had a wish list, I would wish to upgrade the finish materials like the countertops and the flooring so that the unit can really feel like a Five 🌟

It was a great value for the space! Great beds. Super great location! If you are an Orange Theory fan or fine dining fan bonus for you! All in walking distance. Building was secure and safe.

Our accommodation at the Mint House in Greenville was terrific. For a very reasonable price, we got a three-bedroom apartment with 2 baths, full kitchen, and living room, etc. . Everything was top end, too. All, in a great location in Greenville. The only problems with the rental related to minor miscommunications in completing the rental agreement and in getting instructions on how to get into the apartment. .
