This is a nice, convenient place to stay and park. We found Uber and Lyft drivers were always nearby. We would stay here again.

The room was incredible, but we just didn’t have the check out card. But the help over text was amazing.

Very clean, centrally located, overall a good stay. Shower was very weak (low flow), and the sliding glass door to the exterior could not be fully closed (likely due to an error in how it was installed). Less of a problem on the 4th floor and in fall, but I imagine in winter that will be unpleasant. So, two minor notes, but overall a great place to stay!

If you are attending an event at Marathon Music Works, I definitely think this is a great place to stay. Even if you’re not, I did really like the space and would totally consider staying here again! It was a short drive away from most places. The only thing I have an issue with is that you had to pay for their onsite parking.

Great place to stay. Not very developed area but nice building and felt safe. Host was very quick in responding to my questions. Very close to the Pinnacle venue where we went that night.

Was absolutely aweful Likes: Well first of all the door code of the building didn't work. Called hotel, dispatcher wasn't any help. Left us on hold for 30 minutes. Was let in by an occupant. Had trouble with the room door. Called dispatch, no help at all. Eventually the code worked after a few minutes. Found a blood spot on the inside sheet on the bed, had to take the sheet off to sleep in the bed. That's about all the negative things. The a/c was great. Room was fair. There was a bug smashed on the wall in the bathroom. Forgot that one. Anyway that was our experience. I wanted to call and notify earlier yesterday but was tired and wanted to sleep. I think a little money back would be worth it to stay again. Dislikes: See the upper portion in the what I liked bout the stay.

Lovely place but the street coming up is badly lit and we did not know that they be cargo trains coming through the night and blow the horn it as not all day long but it happens twice thought the night but everything else was just as it was in photos bed was so comfortable and the pillows and lots of towels tablets for the dishwasher. It was just little things that you needed was there for you

This bnb is the perfect stay for 2-3 guests (one on the couch) and was beautiful and well kept. I’d say it is walkable in the sense that you can walk 15-30 min to find local restaurants Publix and other interesting places. I actually walked all the way to broadway st. I usually worry the photos will not be representative of the place but it was definitely accurately represented and very nice. The amenities on site are very nice and could also be great for summer ! Beautiful area lots of locals walking and taking out their dogs. Loved my stay here!

Great Unit. Bad Location Likes: Unit was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good amenities throughout. Check in was easy. Within a few miles of good food, shopping and other attractions. Dislikes: Location is questionable. Our car was broken into and rummaged through one night. The train runs constantly, even through the night. The tracks were right outside of our window, and the train came through with the horn into the early morning hours. Requesting additional items through room service was a miss. We text and got a response, but never received the items we requested.

Booked the room and they messaged later that day saying it wasn’t available. Then said they had an alternative room. Weeks later canceled our room fully. A lot of going back and forward and then requesting more money they rebooked. Bathroom vanity fell apart and injured my partner while was using the mirror. Rooms a lot smaller than shown in the pictures. The building is located in between 2 rail lines. Very noisy at night trains every 30-45mins going past blasting the born for a good 5 mins each time. Loaded in a bit of a rough area. Didn’t feel safe enough if wanted to walk into broadway.

Great hotel in a not so great area with an even worse check in experience. Likes: Very clean and cozy Dislikes: The staff on property was great, but the online staff was slow to respond. We had to wait outside of the hotel for an hour before we could even get in and we never received our room number or entry code until I called and messaged at least 10 times. Very frustrating.
