Not easy to access but good once I was able to.
Likes: The unit was reasonably well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The architecture of the building is attractive. I like the idea of this place. I think the execution and certainly the service could be better.
Dislikes: Access was cumbersome to stay the least. Towels were inadequate in number. The coffee machine probably should have instructions included. Grounds ended up all over the inside of the brewing space and some in my beverage.
The $20 charge for overnight parking is, in my opinion, a complete ripoff. If you need that kind of additional money, charge more for the room; don't nickel and dime your guests to death. Also, a warning about the on grade train tracks would have been very helpful. I was stuck waiting for almost 20 minutes while a very slow very long train creaked by. Your telephone agent lied and said it never has happened in the past. Are you kidding? Telling a guest that a crossing with warning lights and bells has never had a long train on it in the past is insulting the intelligence of your customers. Furthermore she was virtually useless in helping me get to the location, and get parked even after I ponied up the money for the parking lot.
