Good value for the price. Enjoyed the convenient self check in and out. Parking was covered and convenient.

No human interaction and the property was not in a good location I personally not not like having to do it all on your phone It seems AI has taken over

This property canceled my reservation hours before stay after showing up on the parking lot of the property without warning.

Very clean property. Convenient parking. Area is in the midst of development and would not have walked anywhere in the area.

Nice stay near broadway! Likes: The property was modern, clean and large rooms. It’s a short taxi ride into the main broadway strip. Dislikes: Our bedroom featured the water tank so was very loud at night for anyone running water

Our stay at Mint House Nashville exceeded every expectation! The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, plenty of extra towels, and all the essentials that made us feel right at home. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It was only about a 10-minute drive to the downtown Broadway area and all the major tourist attractions and activities. The amenities were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area, clubhouse, and inviting lobby, which were all well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Communication from the staff was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, provided clear instructions, and made both check-in and check-out effortless. Parking was also convenient and easily accessible, which made coming and going stress-free. The only suggestion I would make is to consider extending access to the pool and amenities until around 5:00 PM on the day of checkout for guests with later flights. It would be a wonderful added convenience and the perfect way to end an already fantastic stay.

Great location close to Broadway, we even took scooters one day. Rooms were very clean, common areas and pool not crowded at all. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was wonderful with lots of space and not a speck of dust. Everything about the booking was straightforward and very well-communicated. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to spend a few days (or more) in Nashville.

Rooms were perfect for what we needed, clean and well stocked! It is so nice they have little extras in the lobby like dishwasher and laundry soap, etc for the room Building and facility were very clean and well kept!

Very comfortable pleasant place to stay Likes: The beds were extremely comfortable, which is unusual for a hotel, the property is very well maintained has a full kitchen with washer dryer and a provide the essentials, which makes it a great place to stay if you’re going to be in Nashville for more than a day or two the pool is small but it’s a nice place to relax on the rooftop a good place for us to bring our dinner up. Dislikes: It is right next to an abandoned building that’s very obviously being used for illicit activities, it didn’t appear to affect the property. We didn’t have any problems, but it’s not something you really want to look at or be next to this is out of the property owner and management control and not a reflection of the property at all but the other side is a really nice apartment condo building and it’s a short walk to marathon village. If you walk through the parking lot of the condos, you can avoid walking by the abandoned building.

Toller Blick - traumhafte Location Likes: Top Lage - traumhafte Dachterasse Dislikes: Service wirkte etwas unbeholfen/untrainiert - Preis/Leistung für Frühstück ok - der Blick macht 75% des Preises aus

Everything was perfect! Perfect walki g location to get to marathon music works as well Likes: Everything was perfect! Perfect walking location to get to marathon music works as well

Very convenient Likes: Location to venue we were going

Amazing accommodations. Likes: I loved the location, it was perfect for my group of 4. We were super comfortable and had great directions at check in making it simple to get settled and enjoy our time. Dislikes: Several items weren't clean. Not a huge issue for us but was a little concerning. The smaller rooms bathroom had white goo on the wall. The pans had food crusted on them but were in the cabinets. And the coffee pot didnt work. It just spilled hot coffee ground water all over the counter.

Fabulous, only 7mins or so in an uber to downtown/Broadway like £7-9 which was amazing. Very nice accommodation.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here! We had a bit of a later start/check in due to a family emergency but communication with Kasa was extremely supportive and kind and also very prompt! Ease of check in was great as well!! We loved relaxing in the pool every night and the walkable coffee shops! It was easy to park and we mostly used lyft to take us to east Nashville and downt own which was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Bon emplacement.

Kasa was great ! Easy check in, safe location, responsive host!!

Amazing! Loved all the amenities! Felt very safe and secure and the room and common areas were very clean and quiet

Very nice place to stay

An amazing holiday experience. 5 star apartments not just rooms … a fab pool area, roof top terrace and 1.2m mi from broadway. Clean and spacious and rooms equipped with everything we needed for a two week stay In Nashville. The range of utilities meant we could manage with hand luggage and saved almost £600 on checked baggage too.

Very clean , very easy to check and out! And they answered all my questions quickly! The air conditioning worked great! And I like the secure parking!! Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 nights. What a stay! The room was amazing. Top notch fixtures and quality, everything was designed perfectly. I couldn't believe the ammenities at this place, literally so many lounges and spots to chill and relax. The pool was amazing! EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. The photos don't do justice. My wife and i stayed just us and since we enjoyed it so much we will be coming back again next year with our family. Location was so perfect. $8 USD uber to broadway. Everything was so close!!!! P.s. self check in was a breeze. Whoever thought of this check in and issuing passcodes is brilliant. Tyler & Sonia

I really enjoyed my stay at KASA in Nashville. The location was convenient, and having an in-unit washer and dryer made my stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, modern, and well maintained. The virtual support team was outstanding. The entire check-in and check-out process was seamless, with everything handled digitally. I never had any issues with keys, access, or communication. Whenever I had a question, the team was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The parking was excellent and convenient, making it easy to come and go without any hassle. The surrounding area also felt clean and safe, which made my experience even better. Based on this stay, I will definitely consider booking with KASA for many of my future travels. I highly recommend KASA to anyone looking for a convenient, hassle-free, and comfortable place to stay.

nice but very noisy upstairs guests ruined the peace Likes: I did not know you had breakfast !!!! Dislikes: the people upstairs stumped around very late and very early each day. dropping heavy items on the floor, it was unbearable, and very inconsiderable, which caused me to loose much time of each day due to lack of sleep and reasonable peace.

Great place in Nashville! This was a perfect and reasonably priced place to stay in Nashville. The room was clean, great shower, Kitchenette had all the goods, and the bed was super comfy. The location was so easy to uber to local attractions. Parking was free and the building is secure. We loved it.

This place is amazing. It’s a little gem less than two mile from broadway or $8 in an uber in (more on return). The units are brilliant, fully equipped with laundry and kitchen facilities. We brought carry on from the uk and didn’t need half of it because we could just launder everything each evening. The bed was so comfy, the pool perfect for my little boy and the roof terrace perfect for a relaxing drink in the evening or breakfast. Don’t let no reception put you off. Comms with the hosts were excellent. We stayed two weeks and asked for brush and mop etc (two weeks needed at least four cleans in my opinion!) so this let me do it to my standards when convenient. Emails were answered super quick and always prompt and professional. We raised a couple of issues which were resolved in no time. Parking is secure and can be reserved once you pick up your hire car and have the plate to hand. Perfectly sized double room and pull out sofa bed (which we never used because our little one still sleeps between us) made a perfect home from home. Cooker, fridge freezer, dish washer … nothing left out. So much better than staying in a hotel room. We could cook when we wanted or eat out or get Uber eats ! The tv allowed personal sign in so all the kids favs are to hand to keep them happy too. So pleased we found it. Only thing is they need more pool side towels because they always run out by 5pm. Other than that … Perfect. Thanks mint house !

We had an amazing experience at The Mint House. We have been to Nashville and stayed in hotels but this was by far the best stay ever. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was huge. The only thing that was odd in the bathroom was the placement of the toilet paper holder. You actually sat on it because it was attached to the vanity next to the toilet. I would suggest removing it and replacing it with a stand alone holder. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My husband loved the mattress and wanted to know how to purchase one.❤️ We were on the side of the building with a less than desirable view, but it didn’t affect our experience. My son came over and I was able to cook breakfast for him. The kitchen was so well equipped. We didn’t use the pool, but it was a beautiful space as was the community room. The free parking is a huge bonus. We were able to get an Uber to go wherever we needed to go! We will definitely be back to The Mint House since our son lives in Nashville. We were 5 minutes from him and 10 minutes from Broadway! 100% recommend The Mint House!

Great location and very clean. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Will definitely stay here again.

I’ve gotta say that the bed was super comfy! Not sure what was going on in the room above me but it sounded like folks had some steel toe boots on and was running back and forth but otherwise I can’t complain!

Easy check in and check out Clean

Value for money. Wouldn’t feel happy bringing the mrs here Likes: The building itself is brilliant, clean and spacious for money Dislikes: No staff at all. Staffless building. Catch u early with early check in fees etc. location isn’t bad in terms of times but is actually in a bit of a dump , rail tracks and underpasses bit ugly and feels dangerous but actually isn’t.

Beautiful and clean, quick uber to downtown Our expectations were exceeded at Mint House! It’s a beautiful building with spacious and clean rooms. The pool deck is such a lovely spot. Ubering downtown was also very cheap and quick! We would absolutely recommend staying here

Gerne wieder.
