Your Home Away from Home! My husband & I spent 4 nights at the Mint House Marathon. The Mint House was a diamond in the rough. We had to drive through a sketchy neighborhood to get to the Mint House, but once we arrived, we loved it. The parking lot was well lit - I wish the parking was gated, but that's just my preference. A private code was required to get into the building and even to use the elevator. The special care of safety was greatly appreciated. We stayed in a room with a queen-sized bed. Our room was small but perfect. The water pressure in the shower was a little weak, but no big deal. We enjoyed working out in the gym every morning. We swam in the luxury pool, and we ate dinner at the beautifully designed rooftop lounge. We even met a few other guests and enjoyed great conversations. We were centrally located. Downtown was minutes away. We visited the weekend Farmers Market, which was 10 minutes away and worth a visit! The next time we visit Nashville, we will be staying at Mint House. It is our home away from home!!

Overall this was a great experience. The building, amenities, location (decent), pool, work-out room all better then average. Cool vibe. On the edge of an area that Nashville is trying to rebuild with a cluster of apartments near the RR tracks. The rooms were fabulous as we had a one bedroom with full kitchen. The digital entrance, elevator and door lock became slightly annoying and the check-in with codes and so forth was too close to check-in time for my tastes. If that's how Kasa does it, I need to get with the program, but if you want honest reviews, you need the good with the bad. For the money, this was a solid place to stay. No walking to grocery or market nearby is problematic if you are from out of town without a rent a car. And sometimes it took longer then reasonable for a Lyft or Uber car to respond.

This is a really. Nice. Hotel. Our room had a kitchenette in it and laundry. And a dishwasher. "Too bad we can't use the laundry machine, we didn't bring any detergent.." Looks under the sink, there's laundry detergent! And dishwasher pods! It's those little details that are so rarely found in my experience, or they're hidden behind a paywall. Not here. They get to back to our email inquiries in minutes, literally within one minute. That's amazing. Really comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood, but a bit... intimidating for those new to Nashville? Like in the heart of the industrial area it feels like? But within minutes of the downtown. The airport was only 20 min away, less than. Highly recommend this hotel.

I'd give this property ten stars if I could. The rooms were so spacious and clean. The common areas provided everything you need, and some. The customer service was immediate and friendly. It was also affordable!! A fantastic stay and we cannot wait to return. The only thing I would suggest is putting a vending machine in the lobby. The rooms do have full kitchens, but there is not a convenient store close for just buying small items.
