Google Business
I booked this for a business trip, and last minute while on the flight over they called and said I didn’t pass the screening process?!? Which is laughable to say the least. They have a self check in that’s automatically screens your picture and I’m guessing because I lost weight and the phone reception is probly over seas they couldn’t verify me. This is why I stick to Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott. You get real people that appreciate your business and give you points scaling. Beware, they try to automate to save money so the services isn’t good.
