From the moment I walked into the apartment, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility. Everything was clean, smelled lovely, and had warm lighting and a very comfortable temperature. It felt cozy and welcoming, the kind of place where you feel at home right away. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment was also ready when we arrived, and we were able to check in earlier than expected. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The staff were very friendly, and the location was excellent. Overall, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

We were super impressed by Kasa Mint House WashingtonDC. The larger space is a luxury vs a hotel. Everything about the room was well considered and it’s useful to have the option to do your own laundry.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with a welcomed basket and other nice amenities. The room was very nice, clean, with a kitchen, stove, microwave, refrigerator and even a washing machine. Micro apartment. Excellent. Bathroom was spacious. Location was only a couple of blocks from the White House and other areas that we wanted to visit. The front desk team were very nice and helpful. When we come back to DC - we will book this hotel.

Great location and value. Likes: Excellent location, friendly staff and really nice room. Dislikes: Street noise and noisy heat/ac unit inside the room. But we were provided with ear plugs, sound machine and sleep mask by the hotel, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The location was within walking distance to everything that was on our agenda for thr weekend including the metro station. We were hoping for an early check-in due to having a jammed packed itinerary but they could only accommodate 15 minutes early and we had already left for the next museum. However, they were able to hold our bags which was a huge help. The place was clean and the room had all the essentials. I realize being in a city, prices are high but no breakfast? I should have picked that up on their description, so my fault. After walking all day,.(8 miles!) We checked in, had problems in the elevator so a maintenance guy got us going. Arrived to our room and the key card didn't work. I couldn't take the elevator because of the card not working so I trudged down flights of steps to have them reset the cards then it was all good. Overall, it was a good stay and everyone was very pleasant.

Adequate and def a good option if u want a kitchen Likes: Centrally located, has a kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and microwave. Plenty of space for 2 ppl or even 3 Dislikes: There was a pervasive bad smell in the lobby. The front desk lady was good but the guy was okay. There was no housekeeping.

Likes: Great location to access Washington’s major sites from. Comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Very neat, clean and secure. Good bathroom. Great Staff. Beautiful building. Dislikes: As usual, the decorator has gone for style over function. The bedrooms are small, and so there is not much room between the bed and the wall when exiting and entering the room. The bedroom lights are so faint that the only book you will be reading by them will need to be written in braille. There is no room to spread out suitcases. We had two large bags with us and had them in the middle of the kitchen and lounge room floors as there was nowhere else to put them. The bathroom is nice, but lacks hanging space for towels, etc

This is a great place to stay. The location is perfect for my work. Only a few blocks from the White House, Metro train, many great places to eat. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. This will be a repeat location.

Muy buen hotel pero muy mala atención al cliente. Likes: Muy buena ubicación, buenos servicios y la habitación cómoda y limpia. Dislikes: El día del check in, mi madre de 81 años arribó al hotel con la reserva ya paga y a su nombre, la empleada que la atendió no quería dejarla ingresar y le pedia en repetidas ocasiones el nombre de la reserva, ella le daba su nombre y el mio que soy el titular de la cuenta de Booking, aun así con toda la información se negaba a dejarla pasar. Tuve que comunicarme con el hotel, me atendió esa misma empleada y no me pidió ninguna información distinta, solo me dijo que quería hablar conmigo.... Increíble que tengan a una mujer anciana esperando en el lobby con todo pago y correcto por el capricho de una empleada.

Very nice, convinient and super value for money. Likes: Super convenient and done in modern and tasteful style. Had everything you would need on a very good AirBnb plus the convenience of a hotel with gym and meeting spaces. Dislikes: The fragrance they use in the lobby is cheap and make the lobby smell like cleaned with toilet cleaner. This has to be changed.

Everything about the stay at Mint House DC was fantastic. The price was good, the room quality was amazing, and the location was extremely convenient to see all the sights. What put my stay at Mint House above and beyond was the service. I locked myself out of my bathroom one night and I went down to the front desk to ask for help unlocking the door. Stephon did not just wait for maintenance to arrive, he got the tools and unlocked the door in minutes. Service like that elevates a hotel stay and I’ll be sure to stay at Kasa locations when I travel in the future.

All of expectations were exceeded for this hotel. The location and its proximity to the metro and numerous parks and restaurants was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was more spacious and comfortably equipped for all of my needs.

Perfect property as a base to explore Washington DC Likes: Excellent location to explore the main attractions including the White House, Washington monument, National Mall with all the major museums. We had a wonderful stay at Mint House Washington DC Downtown! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay really enjoyable. The location was fantastic—close to Capital One Arena and within easy reach of so many restaurants, shops, and other things to do. There was always something nearby to explore, and we loved being able to walk around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Mint House to anyone visiting DC. We would absolutely stay here again!

Likes: I liked the location. I liked the cleanliness of the unit. I liked the size of the unit. Dislikes: I didn't like that there is no parking. I didn't like being accused over and over of making excessive noise in my unit after I checked out and being threatened with cancellation of my stay and fines. I didn't like that the bathroom had no tub.

We had a wonderful stay at Mint House Washington DC Downtown! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay really enjoyable. The location was fantastic—close to Capital One Arena and within easy reach of so many restaurants, shops, and other things to do. There was always something nearby to explore, and we loved being able to walk around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Mint House to anyone visiting DC. We would absolutely stay here again!

One of the best places I've been to for an extended stay. The beds are super comfy, nice big couches, washer/dryer, full kitchen. Big tvs, desk to work, nice bathrooms, showers, everything is very well done. The style is boutique and tasteful. But especially the staff are fantastic and super helpful, from special requests to housekeeping, delivering my packages and just all around accommodating. Should out to Audrey, Armand, Kia, Stefan, and Saudia. Everyone is great. And they let me bring my ebike up to the room. Perfect location that is central to just about everything, with plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. Nothing fancy like a pool or roof deck, but they have a nice lounge in the basement and a great little gym with everything you need. Its always nice coming back from a long day at work- feels like home! Highly recommended.

The location was fantastic—close to Capital One Arena and within easy reach of so many restaurants, shops, and other things to do. There was always something nearby to explore, and we loved being able to walk around and enjoy the surrounding area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Mint House to anyone visiting DC. We would absolutely stay here again!

Well located apartment in DC Likes: Great location, very close to the metro station and other points of interest, good restaurants etc. Dislikes: Not so comfy, no house slippers provided, hairdryer not working even after asking for a replacement. The staff gave the impression that they just didn’t care about anything.

One of the best places I've been to for an extended stay. The beds are super comfy, nice big couches, washer/dryer, full kitchen. Big tvs, desk to work, nice bathrooms, showers, everything is very well done. The style is boutique and tasteful. But especially the staff are fantastic and super helpful, from special requests to housekeeping, delivering my packages and just all around accommodating. Should out to Audrey, Armand, Kia, Stefan, and Saudia. Everyone is great. And they let me bring my ebike up to the room. Perfect location that is central to just about everything, with plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. Nothing fancy like a pool or roof deck, but they have a nice lounge in the basement and a great little gym with everything you need. Its always nice coming back from a long day at work- feels like home! Highly recommended.
