• Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). • One approved animal is allowed per unit at a nightly fee of $8-30/night based on length of stay. Pet registration is required prior to arrival.

• Housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning.

• Limited paid parking is available on-site for our guests. If on-site spaces are full, additional paid overflow parking is conveniently located nearby and just a short walk away. All parking is managed by a third-party provider, and you can easily view and reserve options through the LAZ Parking app before you arrive.
