The check-in process was the biggest challenge. I wish the instructions had been sent earlier than 10 minutes before check-in because it took about 30 minutes to figure out the building's virtual access in 100°+ heat. The apartment wasn't the exact unit shown in the photos, but it was very similar and still beautiful. The kitchen had basic dishes but was missing oven mitts, tongs, and a spatula. There was also no broom or cleaning supplies. Supplies were limited. For a 5-day stay, we only received one full roll of toilet paper and part of another, plus no paper towels, so we had to buy both. The positives outweighed the negatives. The location was perfect, the balcony and pool were great, and everything was within walking distance. Communication was excellent every message, including one about the dishwasher, was answered within minutes. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again. With a few small improvements, this place would be nearly perfect.
