The place was easy to find and in a great location downtown. Before committing, I read many reviews about kind and helpful staff, but when checking in, it seemed as though the receptionist hated her job, and it wasn't just a 'bad day', because she remained this way for all 3 days I interacted with her. Not all staff were like this, just one in particular. Seemed irritated by any questions and did not smile, just very unwelcoming overall.
Other than that, the room and beds were comfortable. Not super spacious, but good value for money and great location downtown! Completely walkable. Love the amenities and the lobby/cafe.
