I had a fantastic stay here and would definitely book again in a heartbeat! The space was spotlessly clean and cutely decorated, and accessing both the lobby and the room was completely seamless. Even though there is no on-site staff, the virtual support team was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided eye masks and earplugs, and the AC was a lifesaver in the summer heat. Best of all, the location couldn't be better—it's super close to Petco Park and plenty of great food spots. Highly recommend!

What a gem we've found in downtown San Diego. The rooms are fresh and have character. The supplies are plentiful and comfortable. The cozy quaint rooms are unique and clean. We found parking a few blocks away and never needed our car all week due to the great location. (Park it on market garage). We felt safe and slept really well. Thank you!

Worth it for the price! Agree that they could be more open about featuring the possible difference in sizes and layout of rooms. Ours was small but very manageable for 2 people on a short stay. The offsite parking isn’t ideal but easy to find. About a 7-10 min walk. It would get expensive if you’re staying longer than a night or 2. Very helpful with instructions, check in/out was extremely easy. Our room was clean, so was the building and it felt safe which is important in a downtown area. There’s also lots of walkable things to do nearby. Super cute spot overall. Would stay again for another short trip!

We came to San Diego for a comedy show. Our Airbnb was within walking distance of the venue, easy to find, check in was simple! It was just what we needed to spend the night. It was clean, cozy and the sound machine was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend

Kasa was a great value for the $$. While the road can cause some noise, this wasn't unexpected (and didn't bother me). If that bothers you, then get a room in the back. Water machine had cold water, coffee machine worked well, and the space was clean.

Our prime location puts you right in the heart of downtown San Diego, just steps from Petco Park, the San Diego Convention Center, and a variety of local attractions. With an exceptional Walk Score of 99, exploring the vibrant neighborhood on foot is both easy and enjoyable. You’re also just a short stroll from the Park & Market Trolley Station, offering access to the Blue and Orange Lines, with connections to destinations throughout the city.

While we don’t offer on-site parking, parking options are available just two blocks away. However, the easiest way to get around is with ride-share services so you can skip the stress of finding and paying for parking altogether. For a fun and eco-friendly alternative, Circuit Rides also serve the downtown area, making short trips convenient and enjoyable. And with San Diego International Airport just 2.0 miles away, getting here and heading home is a breeze.
