10/10 Exceptional

Likes: I was very surprised on this little find 'automated hotel'. The location is paramount centrally located downtown Traverse City near all the restaurants, cafés, pubs, and a few blocks from the water. Check-in was easy with email/texted instructions entry codes, wifi pass, and contact number if you need anything at all. The room was spacious, modern minimalist, very clean, with all the amenities available... Full Kitchen, laundry, eating area, living room with large sectional sofa, bathroom with a large shower area, bedroom bed was perfect (not too soft or firm), plenty of comfortable pillows, and closet space. I have to emphasize on how clean everything was, I will certainly be returning and using The Loop Downtown by Kasa in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay and making it very comfortable. 🥰 Dislikes: -

I was very pleasantly surprised with this room. It was a very spacious 1 bed/1 bath full apartment. All amenities included plus a kettle for tea (tea also included). Location was fantastic for downtown and easy to navigate everywhere. It was very easy to communicate with staff (we ended up being a full day delayed due to flight issues). They did tell us at check in time that there is construction around the building and you can hear it (it started for us ~8 am). Sound machine in the bedroom along with ear plugs were a nice touch to help with the noise. The building itself is very nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Full kitchen and balcony sliding door to allow fresh air in.

Brand new property. Great location, easily walkable to main strip. Super easy check in/access. I was worried about parking but weekend/overnight is far more accessible within walking distance, there were several surface lots that are permit only during the day but allow anyone to park overnight. Super great experience and the apartment was way bigger than expected (we stayed in the 2 bedroom).

Nice new property. Walkable. No elevator. Ever though it was a remote check in they were available and responsive. We had issues with the unit door code but got help quickly. No Parking but the lot across the street can be used for limited hours. Metered street parking very close by the police sub station. Metered spaces free overnight. Washer and dryer in unit were very helpful. Clean basic and comfortable.

Nice location and clean but had to leave all blinds down for privacy since all the windows and door wall are a few feet from another building and its windows.

Downtown Traverse City offers excellent walkability and bike-friendly infrastructure, with a Walk Score of 84 and a Bike Score of 85, making it easy to explore the area on foot or two wheels. Guests can also take advantage of the Traverse Area Recreation Trail (TART)—a well-maintained, 10.5-mile paved path that runs from Acme Township into the heart of the city, ideal for walking, jogging, or cycling.

Having a car is the best way to get around, especially if you want to explore beyond downtown and see more of the city. Public transportation and ride-share services are also available, but they can be limited—so it’s best to plan ahead or book in advance.

For those traveling by air, the Cherry Capital Airport is conveniently located just 5.0 miles from The Loop, ensuring quick and easy access to your accommodations.
