Good central location for walking. Solo traveler - female, and I felt safe. Door just a bit difficult to find as it doesn’t quite match up with Google Maps; go just past what it tells you- it’s there. They did send pictures for check-in guidance. The bed and pillows were amazing!!!! Washer and dryer in the unit was helpful. My only complaint is the shower’s water pressure was palsy, and the walls are not quite noise-proof between units. Regardless, that didn’t affect my stay and I would stay again.

I was really excited about this booking, as it was perfectly located downtown in Traverse City, close to all the activities I wanted to do but the host cancelled my reservation 2 hours and 15 minutes before my 4:00pm check-in time, as I was en route traveling. They sent a text. No call. No follow-up. Leaving me stranded with no place to stay, as an out of town visitor. All because the dryer was broken. Very inconsiderate. Wouldn’t recommend booking with this company. Very unprofessional.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Loop by Kasa. The location in Traverse City is perfect for walking around the town. I really enjoyed that it was so close to a smal coffee/pastry shop that opens at 6:30 am, most days. It was nice to come back to the room and have a couch to sit on instead of just bed or a small chair. The room is quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen area is nice if you wanted to prep your own meals (I did not do this, but it looked like there were enough kitchen items if you chose to go that route). There was also coffee pods and tea provided. Thank you for a great stay, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space and great location

Nice new property. Walkable. No elevator. Ever though it was a remote check in they were available and responsive. We had issues with the unit door code but got help quickly. No Parking but the lot across the street can be used for limited hours. Metered street parking very close by the police sub station. Metered spaces free overnight. Washer and dryer in unit were very helpful. Clean basic and comfortable.

Brand new property. Great location, easily walkable to main strip. Super easy check in/access. I was worried about parking but weekend/overnight is far more accessible within walking distance, there were several surface lots that are permit only during the day but allow anyone to park overnight. Super great experience and the apartment was way bigger than expected (we stayed in the 2 bedroom).

Great Location Booked a last minute trip to Traverse City and stumbled across The Loop. I was pleasantly surprised how nice our unit was-full kitchen, a sitting area, and laundry. It’s downtown in a great location.

Nice location and clean but had to leave all blinds down for privacy since all the windows and door wall are a few feet from another building and its windows.

The location is paramount centrally located downtown Traverse City near all the restaurants, cafés, pubs, and a few blocks from the water. Check-in was easy with email/texted instructions entry codes, wifi pass, and contact number if you need anything at all. The room was spacious, modern minimalist, very clean, with all the amenities available... Full Kitchen, laundry, eating area, living room with large sectional sofa, bathroom with a large shower area, bedroom bed was perfect (not too soft or firm), plenty of comfortable pillows, and closet space. I have to emphasize on how clean everything was, I will certainly be returning and using The Loop Downtown by Kasa in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay and making it very comfortable. 🥰 Dislikes: -

The space was immaculate.

Kasa was a great stay and had everything set for us. I would’ve given it a 5/5 stars but the parking situation was very inconvenient. There is a parking lot right in front that allows FREE overnight parking but you cannot park between 7am-4pm unless you have a parking permit or you will get towed. This means you have to either wake up early to move the car, or pay for overnight parking at a parking meter. Overall, just leads to a bit of anxiety and on vacation you want to relax, not worry whether or not your car will get towed. Host was great though and the place was pristine. Answered all questions diligently. Location is also great since it’s right in downtown.

Great place to stay in TC! Walkable to shops, restaurants, bars and more. There is a parking lot right across from the building, which worked great. Would stay again!

We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was perfectly appointed with everything we could have needed. It was quiet and very private. The bed was really comfortable, and the comforter was high end and crazy cozy. We’d definitely stay again.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this room. It was a very spacious 1 bed/1 bath full apartment. All amenities included plus a kettle for tea (tea also included). Location was fantastic for downtown and easy to navigate everywhere. It was very easy to communicate with staff (we ended up being a full day delayed due to flight issues). They did tell us at check in time that there is construction around the building and you can hear it (it started for us ~8 am). Sound machine in the bedroom along with ear plugs were a nice touch to help with the noise. The building itself is very nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again. Full kitchen and balcony sliding door to allow fresh air in.

There are a lot of reviews about a lack of parking. Parking was fine. Literally right outside the door. Very centrally located to everything you want to see and do in TC. Easy checkin .

Enjoyed our stay. My only constructive criticism is that we would have appreciated more pillows, ideally a mixture of different types as well. The four pillows included were all super thick and not comfortable for side sleepers.

Was very clean and easy to book and check in and out. Within walking distance from a lot of great places. Parking is ing is tough and metered.

This was an amazing condo. Location was perfect. It was super clean with all the amenities you would need. The host provide immediate responses to our inquiries. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We appreciated the location, easy walk into the heart of Traverse City, and appreciated the early check in. The space is clean and well lit. However, there are no parking spaces, which really is an issue. We also thought the bare minimum was supplied for dishes and cookware, no trash bags, only 2 dishwasher pods, no dish soap, and the shampoo/bath soap had clearly been watered down … so those small things could have been a lot better. There’s active construction adjacent to the building, which is temporary but not ideal.

They canceled upon check in and left me with no where to go. Scam, stay away

Poor quality, smoky smelling and uncomfortable! Never would I stay here. This place makes TC feel like a corporate nightmare!

Room was great location is nice and close to downtown. Would be nice to see parking in the future. Only thing we didn't like was the view out the windows/patio door was a tarp and construction equipment. Otherwise we had a great time and would visit again. Everything is White thou so I wouldn't bring kids.

So- read the other reviews. Price is fine but you get what you paid for. Nothing else. There’s a sofa( uncomfortable), one chair, a queen platform bed, small pillows, and relatively soft, 2 bedside tables maybe a foot square, big enough for a phone and not much else. There is no stand to put suitcases. It all goes on the bare floors. The sink vanity is minimal. Not enough for two persons to share space. The fully stocked kitchen isn’t. There’s no way to cook a meal really. Lots of pots and pans. No baking sheet. One salad bowl. One colander. One wine glass. 12 coffee cups, and just as many glasses. If you’re a skiier this place is not for you. If you want to have friends over at the end of the day there is nowhere for them to sit. If you wanted to order pizzas or buy frozen there is nothing to put them on but the oven rack and melt cheese all over. When we asked why there was no pizza pan or cutter we were told that was a premium. Same with a scissors. Apparently dry towels were as well. We found out our bath towels had been put under the sink while still wet when we showered in the morning. No excuses for this except that was probably a premium requirement. This place is investor owned and are living in California. Frequent a different establishment and support Traverse City not carpet baggers. Btw. Parking is not that easy as reviews said. The lot across the alley is full early street parking is only 10 hrs as are most public lots. There are places but they a a half mile walk. Find somewhere else. The stay may not be as cheap but it will be worth it. This place is not!

There’s no on site parking which makes it hard to find a spot. When you do it’s in 3 hours then you have to move. There’s parking garages for $10 I think over night but when it’s -25 you don’t want to walk back 10 minutes away. Other than that it’s a nice place. Summertime would be great

Good location to downtown and clean space. As noted, parking is a little tricky. Street parking is enforced M-S 8-6, which was fine for us but would be tricky if you wanted to spend more time at the unit during the day. Kitchen and bathroom were very nice and modern.
