Super great stay Great, clean little place! Bed was comfy, towels were nice and fluffy! Great location. Came with dogs and everything was easy!

We will now always look for places to stay with Kasa!! We had a one bedroom suite & it was absolutely perfect for our extended weekend getaway. It was so relaxing & cozy. Did not feel like a hotel stay but had the amenities of one shoulder you need them. We were beyond impressed & will make sure to always recommend!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Very clean and central to everything downtown

The unit was very clean and the bedrooms were cozy! Each room had sound machines which made for comfortable sleep. The modern fixtures and decor was very nice

Nice stay

If you like the convenience of a hotel room I would not recommend The Boardwalk Suites. Their point of communication is texting and when asking for something as simple as a roll of toilet paper they need access to your room without any time frame of when they can accommodate you. The rooms are also not cleaned well. We had blood on our bathroom wall near the shower and hair in our shower. I cleaned that myself with Clorox wipes,considering they acted like something so small as an inconvenience I figured coming to clean something wouldn't be done in a timely matter either. When leaving I thought I'd help strip the bed and when we took off pillow cases we discovered blood on a pillow as well. So instead of tossing or even washing the pillow they left it for guests to sleep on. When I brought that to their attention no apology was given just a thanks for letting us know. Blood to me is a big deal and absolutely disgusting to leave a guest to sleep on a pillow like that! Our friends have already cancelled their reservations and others that were going to stay we advised them to avoid this location!

Great experience! There were a couple of things that needed addressing but the response was immediate and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Can’t beat the location, walking distance to everything downtown. Would stay again!

We traveled during late winter so price was excellent. Room was fresh and modern. Very easy access and check in. I will definitely stay again.

It was a clean and nice place to rest. There was no interaction from any staff at anytime.

Likes: Location, price and the overall comfort of the bed, specifically the mattress and the bedding. All communication was wonderful as well. Dislikes: The entry location based on directions weren't as clear as they could have been. Parking, this needs to be address. There should be an option for 24 hr payment.

Cute place perfect for two

Location perfection! Location, location, location. This hotel is right in the heart of Traverse City. It was perfect for walking to everything downtown has to offer. The room itself was clean and well appointed. It was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful facility, comfortable bed and well equipped unit with a kitchen and laundry. Good location right downtown. The only down side is the lack of on site parking. Nearest parking garage was only a block or so away, but leaving early in the morning during a snowstorm and having to drag a suitcase that distance was less than ideal.

I have reached out to the group booking member about getting a hotel block for a wedding. We were told that we would be receiving a block. I reached out multiple times for a hotel code for an upcoming wedding and I have not received. It has been well over a month. I would like to know if this person even still works here. My service has been pretty bad as far as booking goes. They are in a great location though

Truly recommend 100%. If you bring the family or here on a business trip this place is amazing. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Beautiful place. Host is always available if you are in need of anything. And making sure that you are comfortable and happy. :) Thank you for having us.

Very nice place !

Extremely comfortable mattress and bedding, it’s walkable, very clean. Likes: The bed was very comfortable!! I actually liked it better than my bed at home and that has never been true before. We parked on the street since there’s no on-site parking. We ended up with a ticket for parking overnight, but there’s absolutely no signs that state it. We did pay for the parking in the morning until we left, as that’s what the meters call for, but still was ticketed. I think letting guests know better on where they can park would be beneficial. Early morning we also noticed a lot of dog poop on the entryway sidewalks as well as cigarette butts. Within our time of checking out it was cleaned up though. I would tighten up the rules a bit since it’s such a nice place. It was very fresh and clean beyond that.

Right in the heart of downtown Traverse City, I was within walking distance to everything I needed to make for a great weekend- coffee shops, restaurants, the bay, bookstores and boutiques. My suite was spacious and clean and had fun modern decor. I had a beautiful view of the bay and ended up spending a lot of downtime in the cozy living room. Check in was really simple. Would highly recommend!

Great, like new, place well located and spacious Likes: Clear communication, easy access through door codes and GREAT location, one block off of Front street (could walk to everything) Dislikes: Lack of parking (which I knew ahead of time). Fortunately the ramp is less than one block away.

I love the concept. I was not aware when I booked the room that the whole experience would be "contactless" so there was a bit of a learning curve, but it was awesome. Efficient, everything I needed.

Good Calm Place to stay at , small getaway area lots of walkable places ! If you need TOILET PAPER beware …. It’s BYOTP

Great place to stay, clean, great location!

My wife and I travel to Traverse City at least a dozen times per year we stay in many different places and she usually does the booking. I booked it this time, my wife was skeptical but We were so very impressed with our stay how clean it was and the location was great.. it was very easy to find parking my wife usually uses the same company to book.. Now my wife and I will be booking with Kasa from now on.. Thank You Danny

Very clean great location

Overall great location and price. I stayed for Valentine's weekend. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away from us.

Kasa is remotely managed and remote staff has zero training. Service is incompetent. Remote staff doesn’t know local processes or how to even have mail delivered. Escalated to management 3 times over 5 months and no contact or follow up. First review I have ever posted, but frustrated beyond belief.

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday trip this year, and we were very happy with our stay! The room was exactly as described, the location was top-notch, and we would definitely stay here again. Beware that if you are parking a car, the overnight lot is pretty pricey. Overall, an excellent experience!

Had a great time at Kasa for a last minute stay. Great location and close to downtown and walkable to Clinch Park and the bay. I did not notice when booking that parking is not available on site. There is a garage about 3 min walk away that was relatively affordable but definitely consider that when booking. Overall the place was clean and spacious and we would stay again!

Wonderful place for a weekend away. There is a parking structure to park at a block away for $20 a night and the downtown area felt safe. Kasa was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was able to get me an extra blanket within 2 hours of me asking for one!

Just beware they have no parking lot so you'll spend $20/night in a city parking deck 1 block away. Otherwise no concerns.

This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.

Clean. Spotless. Great location. Perfect environment. 1 block away from the tourist attractions and local shops.

Awesome experience! This experience was amazing!! I was thoroughly impressed with the set up, the amenities in the room, and the cleanliness. The check in process could not be easier and I think more hotels should adapt to this. The location was fantastic. It was close to downtown but not too close that it was noisy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to other people!

Great location just keep in mind that you cannot park on the property. There were some maintenance issues but overall it was a comfortable, nice place with lots of room.
