It was the worst hotel to stay at in Long Beach. Likes: I was really disappointed overall by this stay. Although it has a great location, the check-in ruined our first impression by causing us over two hours of waiting and missing dinner reservations. There’s a flag in their system because another guest with the same name had been banned from staying at these locations and for some reason their IT team couldn’t figure it out and they took over two hours on a Friday evening to fix. We missed our dinner reservations. There is also a restaurant that is attached to the property and we went next door to redeem our free drink and when we asked to leave our luggage in their storage room, they said that there was no storage available, even though it’s advertise that there is. We could also hear all the guests from the restaurant from our room which made it super noisy and we could not rest in between our events. Overall, it was terrible and I would not stay again. Fun vibe, friendly staff, convenient location for convention center with reasonable price

First time staying in Long Beach after 10 years, had a great time here!

I would definitely stay here again. You don’t have to second guess, just book this place.

This was my second stay at Kasa and it was just as amazing as the first time!! Rooms are extremely clean and the pool was so relaxing. Jacque at the front desk was so sweet and made the stay that much better. Had dinner at Olive and Rose which is at the hotel which was delicious and the service was perfect.

The staff — Jacque, Kyla, and Erika — made the experience so memorable, and I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, check-in was quick and easy, and the pool was always spotless. I even saw the team cleaning and maintaining it regularly throughout my stay. The gym was also super clean and had everything you could need. Overall, such a great experience, and I highly recommend City Center by Kasa to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

This is the best boutique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The interior and exterior design is amazing, and there are so many nice touches like decaf coffee, earplugs, and a kettle in the room! The contactless check-in was incredibly easy. Everything is spotless and clearly prepared with love and attention to detail. I can’t wait to come back

I had the best stay! Very amazing front desk/staff, they were incredible, rooms were clean and comfortable bed! Felt like home!

This place is SO cute and clean! The perfect atmosphere and it's all centered on this perfect sitting area and pool. Most evenings they do activities in the middle area and there's a restaurant attached in it. It's the perfect community hotel space.

It is very well located in Long Beach, less than 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from LAX, The pool is very clean and receives sun much of the day, the rooms are very comfortable, but best of all is that the staff are so friendly that they make you feel like you are in home I recommend 100%

The room was amazing! The front desk service was superb! Jackie really took care of me, giving me good recommendations for food places! I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Long Beach!

Dislikes: No onsite parking, my rental car got stolen, had to park on the street in downtown Long Beach. My vacation was ruined as a result of this.

Pleasantly surprised! My husband and I don’t know the area very well and just didn’t know what we were getting into until we showed up. We will definitely be back! The whole place was clean, adorable, front desk person was amazing! The room had everything we needed. Did I mention clean?! :)

The hotel was very cute and the onsite restaurant was tasty. Rooms looked like the pictures and its in a walkable area of downtown.

Parking was not good. My car was broken into and stuff was stolen. I had to leave after one night because I just couldn’t stay there. I booked for a week but only stayed a night. I have still not received my refund of 6 days. Not my favorite place.

This is a hidden gem. The property is clean,.well maintained and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an accommodation in Long Beach.

I had a staycation at this airbnb which was the perfect location. There’s so many things to do and see within a 10 minute walk. The place itself was clean and along with its amenities like the pool and gym area. Towels, blankets, and overall basic necessities are easily accessible as well. Honestly really exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kasa!!!!

We loved everything about the hotel, friendly staff, everything was clean. Only downside is no designated parking so you have to find street parking.

Perfect place for someone who is traveling alone, but wants to feel supported. Or for those traveling and wanna know that their stuff will be safe while they are out. Even though the front desk isn’t staffed physically 24 hours, the helpdesk that you text was super Duper helpful. Especially when running low on an amenities or need to extend your stay. Noise level wasn’t really an issue even with the busy restaurant downstairs. The only thing is that you will always need to figure out parking, but it usually won’t start till nine and will end around six. Also, just be aware of the area outside the hotel. It’s downtown so it was expected to have some interesting activity and people here and there. But definitely the would like to come back. :)

Stayed here for one night while on a work trip. I was so happy to see the photos accurately matched the room itself. Sometimes photos can be generous or hide the wear and tear of a place, but this place was immaculately clean and well designed. Nothing felt cheap, and no corners were cut. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Long Beach!!

Everything about my stay was amazing- the staff, restaurant, rooms and pool were spectacular for such a good price! I’ve stayed here twice now and absolutely love it! Very high end place it is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location-just a short walk to the beach. I also enjoyed having the option to take myself from the free extras such as sunscreen, makeup wipes/sponges and extra tooth brushes/paste! I highly recommend having your stay here!

The stay was amazing , affordable with pleasant staff. It’s a unique and modern approach to hospitality! Parking was not an issue for us even thou there is no parking on premises. The options were plenty. Thank you Hotel Kasa

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely property. I wish there were still cleaners that did a room refresh midstay, like traditional hotels, but I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay overall-just needs parking structure or parking partnership agreements with already existing parking companies.

Really happy with our stay with Kasa, space was clean, check in was really easy and I loved the decor! We would 100% stay again if we’re in the area. Despite the fact there are a few homeless around the area the hotel felt very safe and secure. Thank you ☺️

Bad bad neighborhood... Wife saw a bum/drugy beat down a lady walking while I was checking in / taking the luggage in. We called the cops and they got there pretty quick but the guy was long gone. No parking lot or parking in the street. Hotel room was nice but the tv didn't work.

This is my go-to spot in Long Beach. The check-in process is always quick and seamless, and the rooms are consistently clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The beds are also incredibly comfortable, which makes every stay enjoyable. The only downside is the parking situation, but there is a convenient overnight parking structure located on the corner of 3rd and Pine for $12 per night. It’s a couple blocks down from the hotel, towards the direction of the freeway. I usually park my car there and just take an Uber for about five bucks to the hotel.
