I only gave a 4 star because they removed the restaurant due to having new ownership, the valet prices went up and we don’t get housekeeping. We have to get our towels and supplies every morning, this isn’t a bad review we love coming here but I couldn’t give it a 5 star due to all the new changes. We will be coming back next year I would recommend it still but just look into it first before booking.

Beautiful Place Loved my stay at this place. Definitely recommend!

This is a location hotel. You are literally next to the beach. As in walk downstairs and there is sand. No restaurants or stores in walking distance, so you will have to order delivery or bring a vehicle. Not a super modern hotel from a furniture stand point. But it's nice enough. You won't have a bad experience. It is valet only, so keep that in mind. And there is nowhere close by to park, so you and any visitors will have to use valet. Minimal staff, but they are all super nice and helpful. I have to stress my first sentence. This is a location hotel. You can't beat that. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodations are somewhat basic but the location right on the beautiful beach, the friendly staff, and the amenities (pool, library, free breakfast, 24 hr. valet) make this a great stay for the price point

It was a great place to stay. Continental breakfast was great to enjoy watching the waves roll in.

Beautiful resort + private beach is huge! Rent a car or uber, too much walking to go anywhere. I do want to mention RJ, very nice young man that works the front desk. RJ was professional and friendly, smiling through every task and made sure that me and my family was happy throughout our 3 day stay. Great customer service!!!! We will be back!

we found the resort to be one of the best parts of an already amazing vacation. One tiny nitpick we would give is the lack of a shower barrier actually can lead to problems like the water leaking into the room and it never drying, or even damaging electronics plugged in across the shower room. also it would have been nice to have fresh protein options for breakfast (simple things like scrambled eggs and sausages and bacon and such). but overall it was amazing and we are most definitely coming back next year!

Beach is beautiful breakfast very good. But without car is hard to get for dinner because no store or restaurant in walking distance.Restaurant on property is closed.

came back from meeting and had dinner plans took elevator up rite next to my room and my room had no electricity the hallway was dark the hotel said they would move me immediately but after sitting in lobby for over 3 hours they told me it's back on not their fault mine one the only room missed business meeting dinner it was a Tuesday hotel was not full it's off season also bed was on the floor 12 inches bed stand with mattress did not work for me way to Euro Low

We had an amazing stay here. The view is beautiful, the location is quiet and cozy, and the room was spacious. Right on the water with a nice pool as well.

This place looks like a very cheap apartment building. The pictures dose not represent the place. Does not look like a resort or even a hotel.The restaurant only offers breakfast.To get lunch or dinner you need to get out of the building .I cancel my reservation ones i get there and they didnt want to gave a refund after sayin yes . Costumer service is the worse.Dont even try.

We came here for a short trip and it was perfect. The hotel was clean, the beach was great, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Truly disappointed ! I booked this hotel for my mom’s birthday/ Mother’s Day and it sucked ! The room was dirty, furniture was in bad condition and the amenities were non existent. The breakfast was minimal and we were only given two towels for a room fit for 6 guests. I requested more towels as we wanted to shower after going to the pool and they had none I had to wait until the next day to get bath towels. Pool towels were also nowhere to be found. The front desk gentleman was as helpful as he could be but honestly I would rate this place a 2/10 definitely don’t recommend.

Unfortunately, the aesthetic appeal couldn't make up for the serious lack of basic service, cleanliness, and privacy. ​Our experience was marred by several issues: ​Cleanliness & Pests: We found dirt on our bedsheets upon arrival, and housekeeping was non-existent during our stay—trash sat in our room for four days. Most concerningly, we saw cockroaches in the hallway, so definitely keep your door closed. ​Privacy & Noise: The walls are paper-thin. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from the people in the next room, which made it very difficult to relax. ​Amenities: The coffee machine in our room was broken, and there were no extra towels available. ​Lack of Facilities: There is no restaurant, bar, or room service on the premises. Since the hotel is isolated from entertainment and dining, you should plan on driving just to get a cup of coffee. ​Breakfast & Beach: The breakfast was below mediocre. Additionally, if you plan on heading to the beach, there isn't nearly enough seating to accommodate the guests. ​Overall, this property is way overpriced for the level of service provided. While it looks great on the surface, the lack of basic maintenance and quiet makes it hard to recommend.

Really great hotel, very private, breakfast is a quick meal nothing fancy but gets the job done. The only complaint I have is there is no staff on site 24/7. If anything happens where you need staff you must wait until 9 am the following day.

It was a nice play, good location.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and there was no staff physically on site after a certain hour, aside from the valet. Once we got to our room, we immediately felt uncomfortable. The layout was extremely claustrophobic and honestly a little frightening. It appeared that what was once a condo or apartment had been divided into multiple rooms. You had to open one main door that led into a very tiny hallway with two separate rooms inside. The hallway was so narrow that it was difficult to even bring our luggage through comfortably. It honestly did not feel safe or properly designed. Because of how uncomfortable and unsafe we felt, we decided to leave immediately rather than stay the night. What has made the experience even more disappointing is that I purchased insurance and have still been repeatedly told the reservation is nonrefundable despite the circumstances. Very disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would feel comfortable staying with my child.

I recently stayed at the Hillsboro Beach Resort by Kasa and had a great experience overall. The resort was very clean and extremely well maintained from the rooms to the outside areas. During the day, I spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and at night it was so relaxing sitting by the ocean listening to the waves. One thing that surprised me was the hot breakfast — it was actually really good and they also had other options to choose from. The room we stayed in comfortably accommodated 7 people with a private bedroom, while the main common area had 2 queen size beds which worked out perfectly for our group. The balcony ended up being my favorite part of the stay. I spent most of my time out there relaxing, and with the warm weather, the ocean breeze felt amazing. The only negative I have about the property is the parking situation since valet is required, but the price was still reasonable at $20 a day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a weekend getaway or a family wanting to spend quality time at the beach.

Beautiful relaxing get away We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was always friendly and helpful, especially Raul. The beach and pool were beautiful and well taken care of. The beds were so comfortable which is huge for me as a light sleeper. Really loved the small kitchen area too!

Great location, bad turn down service Great location but really bad turn down service. Velet parking only!! $29/day plus tax and tip up front?!?! AND they don't clean your room/Make your bed unless you request for it 24hrs prior!? How can you request for it when the staff that your supposed to request it are NEVER THERE?!? The bed is a futon style and the mattress is very thin, my back is killing me after this. I stayed their for 6 days [5/3-5/9] and can't wait to get back home and get a massage for the hard/horrible bed. Staff are very friendly and location but that is about all the positive i have to say about this place.

Until Next Time This hotel is really nice. Quick access to the beach and it has amazing views!

The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everyone in the hall way as if they are in the room with you. Room is very clean and people are very nice and helpful. I definitely think that this hotel has the ability to provide way more beach chairs than they had available.
