The room was not as good as advertised. It was clean, but the access to it was sketchy and you could see many towels in the hallway floors. The option to housekeeping is never available. We also didn’t like that the restaurant automatically charges 20% tip without letting people know, and on top of that they give you a receipt to include more tip. They were not very nice when I pointed that out. The private beach was nice, but the rental of the chairs and umbrellas was way too expensive.
