overall stay was good. parking wasnt ideal and they charge 30 a day for valet with no other options. My rooms AC was struggling during the day to maintain under 78 degrees. Hosts sent a technician the next day but the fix was to keep the curtains closed. other than that I had no problems and would stay again.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best. At around 1:30 AM very very loud guest arrived. I’m in the last room on the fifth floor, and it was extremely loud. I woke early my very nice fancy Lavassa coffee maker in my room did not work. Went downstairs to the main lobby. No one there to help no coffee till 7:30 AM and then no cups was told by staff to go upstairs and grab my cup from upstairs. When I go upstairs to get my cup, the power in my room goes out no electricity in the bathroom no lights available. No TV. I advise of this downstairs. Was told I need to find maintenance. Couldn’t find maintenance or Front Desk clerk anywhere ended up leaving.

The hotel is very run down, access to beach under construction and not advised of this before booking. My room was subpar and expensive obligated valet is the only option for parking. Very dissatisfied and when I checked out early due to conditions. No accommodations effort just "sorry no refund policy" Never again!

Anyway Parks and recreation can do something about clearing the seaweed every morning like other south Florida cities have successfully done? seaweed smell provided discomfort and irritation to my sons asthma.

It was a great experience, Had fun. Our night lights didn’t work so our room was pretty dark at night. Not much variety of breakfast. Other than that it was a great place for a gateway. Would definitely go back.

My second time stating here love the beach view would like more amenities and would like pool to stay open longer but overall will stay again

Peaceful stay My stay was relaxing. I felt comfortable and safe on the beach at any time of day, especially at night. My room was clean and everything worked properly (and appeared as advertised). When the staff was on site, they were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I’m from Miami and would definitely book again, when I need to get away!!!!

Rooms floor could have been a bit cleaner but I get that being on the beach will have its kinks. Great room wish it had a kitchenette. But overall great place.

I stayed at Hilton Beach Resort by Kasa three times in July I will be staying again in August. The rooms are very clean and beautiful. The beds are comfortable. There's a lovely pool and a very kind gentleman who helped me at the breakfast buffet. I use a rolling walker and he was kind to be so helpful. I am in hospital with a kidney infection and when I get out I will definitely go to Kasa to help with my recovery. 🙏💗

I cannot say enough good things about my stay with Kasa at the Hillsboro Beach Resort in Delray Beach. My trip did not start off the way I expected because of an issue with the third-party booking company, and I was honestly disappointed and frustrated at first. But the Kasa team completely turned the situation around. They listened to me, treated me with kindness, and truly made me feel like they cared about making things right. RJ at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, helpful, and made me feel welcomed from the moment he stepped in to help. Daisy, the manager, was just as amazing. She handled everything with care and made sure I was comfortable and happy during my stay. I also have to thank the entire parking attendant team. Every single one of them was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. What touched me the most was how special they made me feel for my birthday. It was not just about staying at a beautiful beachfront resort. It was the way the staff treated me that made the experience unforgettable. The location was beautiful, the privacy was perfect, and the service came from people who genuinely seemed to care. What started as a stressful situation ended up becoming one of the best parts of my birthday. I left feeling grateful, appreciated, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you, RJ, Daisy, and the entire Kasa team for making my birthday and my stay so memorable. You all are truly an amazing and caring group of people.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary this year, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. For the price, we thought this place offered excellent value. One of our favorite features was the private beach access. It never felt overcrowded, and having a quieter, more exclusive beach area made our stay even more relaxing. The resort provides complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, which we really appreciated. The only thing to note is that you'll need to set up the umbrella yourself, but that wasn't a big deal. Our room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, and a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The blackout curtains were absolutely amazing, we slept so well! The bed was also very comfortable. We happened to stay near the second elevator, which worked out perfectly since it takes you directly to the pickup and drop-off area. It made coming and going much more convenient. The complimentary breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. We also appreciated that Kasa allows you to request early check-in and late checkout through the app. We were able to take advantage of both, which made traveling much less stressful. Another great perk was the luggage storage, allowing us to enjoy more of the area before heading home. One tip for future guests: I didn't notice any food or beverage service available on the beach, so we stopped at a nearby Publix and packed a picnic-style lunch. It worked out perfectly and allowed us to spend most of the day relaxing by the water without having to leave. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short drive, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the shower door design, but that's honestly just a personal preference and certainly wouldn't keep me from staying here again. Overall, this was a wonderful anniversary getaway, and I would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a reasonably priced beachfront resort with comfortable rooms, private beach access, thoughtful amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere, Hillsboro Beach Resort by Kasa is definitely worth considering.

This was a perfect location for a weekend gateway with the wife. Everything from the rooms to the amenities scream luxury but at a reasonable price.

Easy check in and out. Very clean room with beautiful ocean views. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice little beach bag with goodies as a welcome gift.

The experience was excellent. The room was very clean and modern. We didn't hear any outside noise. The location is one of the best. The beach is just steps from the hotel. The valet parking service was exceptional. I will return very soon; we felt very comfortable. Thank you.

My stay was disappointing overall. One of the biggest issues was the lack of communication and availability of staff. After 4:00 PM, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone for assistance. Upon arrival, I found that the bed sheets were dirty. During my stay, the hotel ran out of soap, and I had to leave the property and purchase my own toiletries. I even had to ask the valet for towels so I could wash up. The breakfast was acceptable, and I will say that the valet service was excellent and very helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, that was the highlight of the experience. Based on the level of communication, the lack of customer service, and the unfriendly attitude of the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Beautiful property with a great pool, beach access and fairly walkable!

Staff was great. Room floor was dity and one of the towels had stains. Also, some tiles from the pool were loose. Overall price , views and staff made it worth it.

If you want a simple and affordable stay then this is the place . Valet is super friendly ! Weekend breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean and beds were perfect! Pool and beach were good! Family and budget friendly. Self check in was very easy. More like a no frills but great for the price and stay !
