I was initially impressed by the size, space and amenities when I walked in the door. The check-in process should be a little easier, if you have a dead cell phone; you'd have a VERY rough time. Also, there were a few issues that could not be resolved while I was there. The TV remotes would not turn on the televisions (I tried to re-seat the batteries in 3 of the 4 remotes provided and the last one had no batteries). They did give me a $20 gift card to replace the batteries but I was only staying one night and would not have time to shop (or watch TV!). Also, I could not find how to control the ceiling fans and there were no available towels except for the 2 beach towels in the closet.
Since I was there to attend a concert at ACL-Moody Theater, it was a place to rest my head for the night within walking distance of the venue.
Overall, if they can resolve the issues I reported, I would recommend this property. For the value and convenience of being close to the concert venue, I'll keep them on my list.
