Check-in was more complicated than other Airbnbs we have stayed at, but the instructions were clear, and the front desk attendant was also helpful. We were not given a code to get back into the apartment once we left, so when we left for dinner we had to leave it unlocked. Eventually, the AI bot responded with a code that worked. There weren't any check-out instructions, so I checked out on the app, and once we were already on the road, we got a text with instructions for the key cards. I guess you are supposed to return the apartment cards and the parking cards in the box on your way out of the parking garage, but we left the apartment cards in the unit when we left and had to walk around to the parking garage because we could no longer access the building. Anyways, not a huge deal. The location was great, and we booked it because it was within walking distance to see the bats on Congress Ave, and we were able to walk to restaurants.
