Great location, bad overall experience.
There were so many things wrong with this experience it's so hard to list them all in one review, so I'll highlight the biggest two issues. There is no real person associated with this property. It's all web-based and virtual app check-in and check-our. They even require a scanned ID and facial recognition scan from your home PC before they will confirm your reservation. I found this very invasive. Many of the items in the hotel room were broken or dysfunctional. In particular, the main bed was broken and couldn't be slept in. We managed to make do on the broken bed, but I had to sleep on the sofa bed and my wife managed the main bed (advertised as queen, but smaller full size). We had a four 4 night stay, but left after 3 nights because of the bad room conditions. AND, the shower head was broken on the first night. Imagine traveling all day, and not being able to take a shower, then going to bed in a broken bed. Miserable experience from start to finish.
