Staying here 3 months. Place was disgusting upon arrival. My wife literally cleaned everything again. Bath tub drain was clogged and pulled out huge hunks of hair. Behind couch disgusting. Rug was beyond filthy. Got place the way we want it now. Amenities are very nice. We are right on the Virginia ave so traffic loud but got used to it sleeping. Overall nice place. Weekends fill up with renters but people are nice. Park our car under roof so that is nice.

Great location. Customer service was excellent, just text what you need. They have a lot of amenities like an indoor basketball court, pool, gym, and pool table. The apartments are clean, Smart TV's in every room. A full kitchen with a blender! For a family with kids this is 1000% better than a traditional hotel room wit the no kitchen. Highly suggest booking the 2 bedroom apartment if you have kids. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Very nice! I will definitely stay here again. Likes: Loved this property very nice and secure. Very close to convention center. We stayed for volleyball tournament. Had everything you need. Very comfortable beds, very secure. Loved the pool, lounge area, and bbq area. Secure parking was a plus.

Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend staying at Kasa. When we arrived, we noticed stains on the bedding, walls, and carpet, and there weren’t enough towels provided for the number of guests in our reservation. Although their communication is good via text, there’s no staff onsite at night so it wasn’t possible to get more towels and clean bedding until the second day. The unit had a strong chemical smell that required us to leave the windows open; however, the street noise outside is so loud that those couldn't remain open at night. It was difficult to sleep with that noise. We ultimately chose to leave after the first night and wouldn’t plan to visit again.

More an apartment complex than a hotel. While clean and with good amenities, it embodies the absence of hospitality. Kasa is what a hotel would look like if it were designed to maximize income and minimize expense.

This was such a beautiful studio stay. We loved pretty much everything- expect the shower and the missing condiments . Shower leaks out and we had to use extra towels to absorb the water. The kitchen was stocked but not with condiments if you wanted to cook, had to buy some of our own. Everything else was perfect.

Book it! First time staying at a property like this and I must say from here on future trips I’ll definitely be staying again. Came for my son’s track meet and it was for sure ample amount of things to keep him entertained while staying such as the amazing pool, the gym and his all time favorite basketball court. The cleanliness of the room was great. I prefer to clean where I stay so I did purchase cleaning supplies to cleanup daily. Big thanks to the property housekeepers for keeping the lobby and hallways always clean and smelling good. I would add that there may need to be a swiffer within the units the floors can get a bit dirty easily. They provided all necessities for cooking which was definitely a plus being we stayed for 5 days we also utilized the outdoor grill. The property is in an area to where if I needed to get washing detergent, food or anything just to have it was close by. Can’t wait to stay again!

The location and room was perfect for my needs. Likes: The room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The hotel and grounds were secure and quiet at night. Dislikes: It was my first time booking a room without human contact. I’d rather speak to someone at check-in.

I loved all of the amenities that were available on property and how nice everything looked. Our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately the A/C in our unit was not working, thankfully the fans worked really well and it was not that hot.

The place was exactly as described. it was close to everything like restaurants, casinos, coffee shops, theaters. It was clean and very minimalistic. The kitchen has basic amenities only, no condiments etc. The place felt a little tight for the 4 of us. We paid for parking, but the parking lot was full most of the time in the night and our car unfortunately got towed for parking in the spot that wasn't reserved for Kasa guests.

This is a very nice place to stay with family, friends, coworkers etc. came out to travel for work and make memories with my family. Everything was up to par. My only concern is that it’s by the Main Street and because it was the weekend, it was quite noisy. The cars going down the street we’re very loud. You could also hear all of the motorcycles so it was a little difficult to stay asleep, especially if you have children or babies. Other than that, everything was great.

I have never had such a poor experience with a “hotel”. I filtered my room for a bathtub and sitting room so we could be comfortable during our stay. They showed up in the filter. I booked a room and when I arrived the room had neither. They have no front desk. I waited on hold for 2 hours for a “manager” from out of the country to tell me there was nothing they could do. They said they didn’t have authority for a refund. They made no offer of a room that had what I needed. They got my name wrong in their email correspondence. I had to book somewhere else. They still haven’t refunded me and blamed me for thinking that there photos were accurate. If you have an issue, no one will be on site to help you. And it will be your fault. As someone who travels a lot, I would warn against this fraudulent company.

Excellent stay Check in was fast and easy. Parking was also great. The property was kept up really nice. Our unit was clean and big with a balcony right next to the outdoor patio and grill area. Highly recommend this spot.

I would NOT recommend staying here. We had an ant infestation in our room that they were even able to address is a timely manner. We had to spend a whole evening cleaning up ants.
