Nice place love the basket ball area

This was our first time staying at a Kasa property. Though being a totally virtual check in/out process, I found it very easy to use. The room was very clean had all the necessities for our stay. We would stay here again!

Upon arrival, the property was clean, well-maintained, and well located, which we appreciated. We were initially surprised by the provided earplugs and eye masks, but soon understood why due to the noise. Part 1 We were unable to sleep due to significant ongoing noise from the building itself, not other guests. As frequent hotel travelers, we have never experienced this. The situation caused considerable distress and made the stay unsuitable as we could not rest. Part 2 We were told the issue would be reviewed and we could stay until 10:00 a.m., but access codes were deactivated around 9:30 a.m. while our pets were still inside, causing stress and inconvenience. We had to leave early and find alternative accommodation. We paid $913, received a $406 refund, and incurred a $177 loss due to early lockout after reporting the issue. We have again request a fair refund for unusable nights and ask that stop with quoting policy and fix this.

Honestly, I'd find somewhere else to stay. My partner and I were here for a week. We wanted a place with a kitchenette and the location seemed ideal. But when we arrived there was a power outage, not the locations fault, but it meant that we were unable to access the building... for 6 HOURS. The AirBnB we booked through was decent about communicating with us and assured us someone would unlock the doors so we could access the apartment, but this did not happen on time and they were of no assistance gaining access earlier. We weren't able to shower or unpack until after midnight. I was expecting some sort of compensation, but they offered none; instead offering us 10% off of our next stay. We will not be back, and here's why: - Dirty. When we finally arrived, the floors had shoe marks all throughout the space. The bathroom was especially dirty. I had to clean the shower before even using it. They only provided 2 towels, when I would have expected at least 4. - Noisy. The walls here are EXTREMELY thin. You'll hear everything and everyone. We were just down the hall from the elevator and we were able to clearly hear every time someone was coming or going. The unit upstairs played loud music all night long. - Difficult to sleep. There are black out shades, but they are useless. Our unit was street facing and the bright lights from outside bled into the sleeping area. For some people this wouldn't be an issue, but I prefer to sleep in darkness and found it frustrating that I could not rectify the situation. - Parking. They charge an additional daily fee for parking. This rendered it to be not as cost effective as we'd thought. The good - the location is prime. Having gym and pool access was great.

Great location, nice place! Likes: Location was great! Dislikes: You have to have bike shoes, no SPD cleats, for the gym’s Peloton. My room was next to the front door so the door would slam every time someone came in or out of the building. Luckily it didn’t happen much during the night.

I cannot express this enough of how beautiful this place was. It was 10 out of 10. It was 20 out of 10 and I will come back any day if I could to this place when I go back to Reno. This is exactly where I will be booking every time. Thank you for the hospitality and thank you for all the amenities that you guys claim to have and you did have it did its Justice. It was amazing, beautiful and the best part the view

Not enough kitchen items for preparing food in the unit

This property is great. Check in was easy. Even with there being no onsite front desk they are very responsive throughout text messages. The room was really nice. There is a full kitchen, in room washer and dryer, the room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. They provide you with all the kitchen items needed, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and multipurpose cleaner. It is quiet considering the room is right on Virginia and you don't hear your neighbors. They have a great pool, a BBQ, outdoor seating, a fire pit, and outside lighting. I will most definitely be back.

It was very nice and a great location. Everything was super easy and the amenities were great. A little noisy but not too bad.

Our stay was exceptional, loved the area. Very nice room and facilities to use. Will definitely try to stay again when we come back to Reno.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and I was able to stay with my one small dog during a very busy event weekend (Hot August Nights). I liked that the unit had its own small kitchen and small appliances. Having the small in unit washer and dryer was extremely helpful. The location is exceptional right off South Virginia Street across from the Peppermill Casino. Within walking distance to casinos, shopping, restaurant choices, amenities. As the location is right downtown, S. Virginia Street is busy with foot traffic, I would recommend the extra on-site parking pass. It offers more of a secure parking option for your vehicle being right downtown. Check-in and instructions to check-in, were easy to follow and well laid out. I would stay again.

Perfect Reno staycation spot for the kid, dog, and I. Lovely rooms with kitchenettes and access to pool, hot tub, bball court, and fitness center. Walking distance to movie theater, Reno public market, and ice cream! It is loud there and curtains are not blackout, but we brought a sound machine and just woke up with the sun

It's 3 out of 5 Likes: Location seems good Dislikes: Checkin process was messed up. Tons of instructions to follow with no human interaction. The bed was messed up with the mattress being univen The room was on the first floor right next to the main entrance with people going in and out it was quite loud.

We really enjoyed our stay with Kasa. Plenty of space for our family of 4. We appreciated the ease of check in, we enjoyed access to the pool, & we really enjoyed how clean and modern the apartment was. We would definitely choose Kasa again.

The location is great and the stay is just as described. Unfortunately our bathroom was not very clean and the floors had dirty shoe marks throughout. The unit itself was easily accessible, with the exception of a power outage our first night, rendering it impossible to enter the building and to take a shower or store our food for hours. The walls are also extremely thin. We could hear neighbors through almost every wall. We also had a street facing unit, which was impossible to block the light or the noise from coming in at all hours. This made working from the unit difficult. The kitchen was lovely and the fridge was big. Having access to a pool and gym were ideal.

Great stay, would come back. Likes: Nice place. Dislikes: No cart for luggage to be found.

Loved the location and the pool. The gym was also top notch for a vacation gym. Place was as pictured. Would stay again on next trip. Only nit picks would be the shower is small and the shower head will not allow for short ladies to wash without getting hair wet. Could’ve used a couple more coffee pods for a two day stay as well.

The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and a great place to stay while in town. It worked perfectly for my visit and provided everything I needed. The location was also convenient for getting around Reno and attending the wedding, which made it a great choice for my trip. The pool was a nice bonus and a great amenity to have available. It was enjoyable to have a place to relax and unwind during the stay. The property had a nice overall feel, and I appreciated having access to the amenities

I would definitely stay here again! Likes: The place was spotless, and had everything that I needed (and more!). Although I didn't use all of these, I appreciated the full size refrigerator, four burner stove, AND a dishwasher. The place was in a great location, close to some coffee shops, bakeries, and a number of restaurants. Two large casino resorts were also within one mile. Dislikes: I heard some noise from nearby rooms, but luckily it didn't go too late.

This is the second time staying here. It’s very clean and felt safe!!

This was my first time to have a Kasa experience and it was tremendous. I couldn’t get in initially because I entered the wrong code and I had to make a call and they answered immediately and walked me through everything to get to my room. The room was very clean. The facility was fresh and the amenities were terrific. That will be my go to place in Reno when I visit my family yearly. BA
