Amazing place. Very close to everything you want to do.

As described. We had a nice stay. Likes: I've stayed here a few times. They deliver on their promises. Once you navigate the complicated online pre-arrival process, getting in and out is easy. I've had to call HQ a few times (because there is no staff onsite). Reasonably prompt replies and issues resolved. I would stay here again. Dislikes: For me, the downside of all properties like this is zero flexibility at checkout. They are clear you can't leave your bag in the room even 5 minutes past the 11 AM checkout, because your access code won't work. No place to store your luggage. This may or may not matter, depending on your stay.

Can get expensive depending when you go, but you won’t be disappointed with the stay. Very nice pictures and the rooms look just like the pictures.

Pros: Very clean. Easy location for in and out! Just pay for the parking, then it's right outside the door! Cons: Bed left something to be desired, of course everyone has their own types! Can be a little noisy, if you're not used to it, right beside So Virginia! Were there for 5 days, and the hot tub was never operational during our stay.😔

We didn’t love this place…great location and clean but very, very noisy. We had Apt 206, which was on the street and there were loud motorcycles and cars all night. I mean, like street racing kind of noise. We also had very effective earplugs that failed to shut out the noise. Also, there was a dog in another unit that barked nonstop. Our AC also didn’t work the first night so it was super hot. We stay and rebook AirBNB’s all the time but we won’t be using this place again.

Great short term stay

Great stay! Just as described.

It was a fine stay. The only issue, was my neighbor had 4 pillows. I only had two. If that was my only complaint? Then it was a nice week.

This is not just a hotel room. Kitchen area, fridge, sink, washer and drawer. Angel replaced a shower head I didn't like with a flexible rod. The communication was very good through AI/text

Great place

I was in a studio type room. I only expected a bed and maybe a microwave. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, stove. I did not like the way the way the shower head was. I texted Kaza and Angel came to put on a extension. This place was absolutely amazing.

This was a surprise find for me and an incredible deal for what I paid. This will be my first choice every time I travel to Reno, beyond a doubt.

Kasa Archive in Reno was an excellent location for my stay during a business conference. The apartment was well equipped, modern, clean and spacious. The added cost of parking was well worth it. The area is well lit and safe. The only note I would make is the noise from the street was a little loud but not unbearable. The walk in closet was nice but a dresser of some sort would’ve been nice since I was staying for 6 nights. The virtual check-in was easy. When I had any questions I got a quick response. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very nice and centrally located.

Property was great and it was super easy to get in and out of. Central to most of Reno so getting around was quick and easy. A few little things that made it not a 5-star experience. Our fridge jn our unit had a VERY loud compressor. Thankful the fuse box was accessible so I shut it off for our stay because we didn’t use it the 4 days we were there. The smaller window in our room didn’t close all the way because someone had slammed it shut with this lock closed and it damaged it. Was kind of worry some when it rained one night. Parking spots were confusing as the person on the phone didn’t give clear info on it until they sent me a map of useable parking spots.

Decent spot as long as long as you don’t get a unit that faces south Virginia street. Hot tub was not working. The pool was freezing and dirty.

I would like to suggest a few more kitchen gadgets, for instance a potato peeler. The pans could be non stick better.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was great to have the kitchen to fix my own meals.

TLDR this place is legit just Airbnb and crazy how it is so expensive. This is not a hotel experience at all!!!! BUCKLE IN - tiniest shower ever. think like a small studio apartment in New York City. - because it’s so tiny and the shower head is huge I felt like I was being waterboarded - the lip of the shower is so low that water got everywhere on the floor - the sheets and the comforter were both so pilly it felt disgusting to sleep in - there is no concierge so if you have problems you have to text someone - to get into your room you have to use your phone … what if you lose your phone? What if it dies? There was a key fob but it literally didn’t work. - there was no cable tv at all. There was “live” tv but it’s just tv that is associated with Roku and as someone who doesn’t have cable I look forward to watching mindless tv in the background to make me feel like I’m on vacation vs streaming apps and random channels the Roku gives like I have at home - there is no cleaning team that comes in to clean during your stay - saw some kind of gross stain on the pillow case - We asked for new towels and a new comforter and sheets and they delivered 2 garbage bags with the sheets and towels in it. Didn’t take the old towels either. - so we had to make the bed ourselves…. There was hair on the mattress protector from other guests. - customer service is horrible. For this experience a discount or refund of some sort should have been given but they said to read your terms and conditions… which I did. There is nothing related to having to schedule a cleaning service.

Nice place in the Reno experience district. walkable to Sprouts, Reno Public Market, and a movie theater. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. Will definitely stay again.

Likes: The location was great for my conference at the Peppermill. Easy access and very safe.

Easy check-in process. Finding the right door was the only hard part but we figured it out. Comfortable furniture and a spotless apartment made it a lovely experience
