Likes: Everything Dislikes: A little complicated at first

This was a great place to stay. I would stay there again without a second thought. It was lovely.

2 problems: pool lift was inoperable. The pool accessibility was a major reason for my stay there. Though I cancelled one day of our original reservation I was charged more for the remaining stay. Good things: Room was comfortable, and accessible. Shower was perfect for a wheelchair user. Area was pleasant. Location to airport and other Reno areas was great.

The only thing I struggled with was the TV apps, but everything else was excellent. This company thought of everything, this stay was the best stay ever, I plan on coming back.

Perfect stay. Had everything I needed. I will only stay here in the future when visiting Reno. Likes: Cleanliness and having everything I needed. Quiet and easy access. It was like having my own apartment for the week. Dislikes: More toilet paper than two rolls for 8 nights.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient! My husband and I booked this room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for a 5 night stay. We were within 1/4 mile walk of a resort casino (Peppermill) and a family-style restaurant. The room had a kitchen, well stocked with appliances and utensils. We appreciated the proximity to highways, as we were taking several driving trips from Reno to other nearby destinations.

Extremely clean. Had everything I needed. Great location.

Nice accommodations that’s a walkable distance from Peppermill Resort, restaurants and grocery stores. Clean and comfortable.

Dislikes: That we had to pay for parking- it should be included in stay.

Amazing accommodation with everything we could ask for. Well equipped, quiet, close to everything. Will definitely stay again when visiting Reno.

Great stay at Kasa. We were a little worried about not having a check in desk on premises but communication was excellent. We really appreciated the security of a gated parking area and the building security. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and it had central air and no noisy little window air conditioner.

Easy and comfy, with helpful staff one text away. Likes: Rooms were spacious and clean. Dislikes: The pool was at another building across a long parking lot.

I love the apartment, how clean it was.

Likes: Very Clean. Safe location. Restaurants near. Dislikes: There were four of us but only comfortable seating for 3 for viewing tv. The road noise was excessive and the walls were very thin between rooms.

Likes: Very nice studio apartment,had everything that we needed for our stay.

Absolutely near perfect vacation stay! At first it’s confusing which building, which gate, codes, but once you know, you know! Keyless entry is awesome (except use something to prevent germ spreading). I got sick exactly two days after arriving and I’m blaming it on the various keypads. I later bought disinfectant wipes to use constantly. I was sick for several days. However, the amenities here were phenomenal. Full kitchen and in 316, we had electric teapot, keurig and pods, blender, toaster, knife block, tools for cooking, dishes, cups, silverware, and two small baking sheets. Also one large frying pan and three different size pots. Olive oil, salt and pepper were included. I cooked daily so all of this helped! They provided soap, dishwasher and soap, washer and dryer and soap. Scrubby pad for kitchen, one towel (could have used two); bath Towels etc Bedding was super comfy! Slept great. Clean! Tvs with apps! Google tv on it. Pool and hot tub wonderful! Gym great! Outdoor areas to enjoy and even cook! Ice maker in freezer. Full size fridge. Everything needed to enjoy staying here! When I needed supplies, texting Kasa was easy and they were quick to respond. We had Queen deluxe two bedroom and two baths. This was an absolute pleasure to stay in.

I enjoyed my stay and plan to return in a few months. Likes: Awesome value for my budget. Very secure. I loved having a washer and dryer in my unit, dishwasher and fully stocked large kitchen. Dislikes: It was a little noisy. It was close to a Main Street. I am not sure if it is available but I would like a shower without a tub because it is difficult for me to step into the tub.

Staff will steal any belongings left in room. Likes: Nightmare if you forget something in your room. Forgot my passport wallet in the nightstand and remembered a few hours after checkout, when checking into the next hotel. Since they do not have staff on-site you have to wait 72 hours before they even confirm if they have your lost item. You can't go back to the hotel and pick it up either, they have to ship it to you. Needless to say they didn't "find" my wallet with all my travel cash and ID's, so the cleaning crew must have pocketed it. Dislikes: Items left were stolen by cleaning crew. It would be nice if they had trustworthy staff and someone local who could address lost items, in case you need them to board a flight or check-in to the next hotel. It's a nice concept, but this has been a trip I just want to forget and never stay at a KASA again.

Liked the way the kitchen was set up with appliances (toaster, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee machine) and a bit extra. Loved the indoor washer and dryer. Loved the outdoor grill and hangout area. Great proximity to the peppermill. Parking was confusing at the beginning but overall convenient. Loved the fact that we could access what we needed from a pantry. Didn't like that pool was away from residence. Pool loungers were dirty and outdoor TV was broken and only played tennis. Didn't like that we couldn't use the outdoor pizza oven.

Convenient location near central Reno. Modern rooms and building. Good noise insulation on the windows. Easy to keep the unit cool or warm. Shower curtain had a bad smell and the bathroom could have been better cleaned. Virtual reception not willing to provide even an extra roll of bath tissue or a few dishwasher tablets, despite a nine-day stay. Check-in took 40 minutes due to IT issues.

I would have liked a human front desk agent to coordinate with.

For a short stay, this place would probably be great. However, I cannot recommend it for longer stays even though they advertise it for such. Contrary to what was shown in the advertising images, my room didn't have a single chair, which made working from the room very difficult. There wasn't a place for two, or even one person, to eat a meal. They also don't allow you to receive packages. Overall for a longer stay you can do much better for the price in Reno.

Highly recommended! We'll definitely consider Kasa for other locations. Likes: Excellent by all means. Super clean and comfortable. Great location. Attentive 5-Star Customer Service!!! Highly recommended! Really grateful for all they did for us. Dislikes: At first the apartment we were given was on the ground floor. Too noisy. They switched us to a higher level and it was just perfect!

the studio was clean, and air conditioned and has everything I needed in the space. the construction outside of the building all week was annoying and I woke up a lot. the instructions to use the gated parking or getting in the building was clear but a little unnecessary in terms of in just not being straight forward. I did enjoy my stay however, the host did respond when I had questions

KASA Reno was intimate, spacious, and surprisingly delightful. The amenities were great and the property was beautiful. Huge big screen TV’s at the pool and in the adjacent park. It was perfect for our family. Comfortable, quiet and everything within walking distance. We brought our Apple TV, and that made a huge difference since we stayed eight nights. Thank you KASA for a delightful and memorable experience.

I loved the apartment, the building community! I would stay there again.

very comfortable, nice and clean. Will stay again. Likes: Nice area. The grounds were kept very clean. I felt very comfortable coming to and from the buildings. Their safety aspects were very much appreciated. Dislikes: right outside the Kasa Archive is a general seating area, being that it was 90 degrees every day, an umbrella over the table to cover from the sun would have been a nice touch.

I would happily stay here again on my own or with friends. I wouldn’t recommend it for someone like my mom to stay alone. The pool is a nice and frequently attended by small groups of friends and families. The room was exactly as shown in pictures. The surrounding area is mixed with some really nice amenities under development in one direction and pawn shops and casinos with all they attract in the other.
