We had a great stay at Kasa! The facility and apartments are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials to cook a simple meal. We added parking to our stay and were glad we did. There were plenty of spots within the gated parking lot and only a few unmarked spaces outside of the gated area. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The apartment accurately reflected its online listing. We appreciated the host providing a pack n play for our baby. Although we didn't visit them during our stay, it was convenient to have casinos within walking distance. The rooms were quiet and we didn't experience any noise disturbances from other units.

Virtual stay means virtually no service. What do you see? Is what you get. Likes: Extra large rooms with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer extra large soaking tub Dislikes: No gate code provided to enter the property to access the door. Maintenance issues were not addressed for over 24 hours. No correspondence returned.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. I liked the property but management is horrible. Likes: I liked the pool area. Dislikes: I didn’t like how when I arrived there was damage to the carpet. I was staying with a coworker and when we arrived the carpet was stained. When we checked out they charged a total of 250 dollars and accused us of the stains. Bad business. I don’t need anyone to believe me this is just a warning to take pictures and report any damage immediately to save yourself the trouble.

Kasa provides great value. Very nice and sparking clean units. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Loved the pool. Easy access to bldg. and room. Close to everything. Responsive customer service. I found the directions very confusing - just use your GPS. My only complaint was the location of our unit, right on Virginia St. Arguably the busiest street in Reno with LOUD traffic (and a very annoying steel plate that clunked twice every time someone drove over it). Heavy traffic. All. Night. Long. We were there for 2 weeks and I tried to get our room changed to no avail. They brought us a noise machine which we put on high and I bought earplugs. We got used to it - but it was very annoying. There is no way to know what unit you will get, so I’m not sure I’d go back which is too bad, because otherwise it was a great, convenient place and very reasonably priced.

This was the perfect place to stay in Reno. My husband, sister, and I shared a 2 bedroom apartment during our family reunion in Reno. It was clean, comfortable and close to restaurants, the Peppermill, where all the ladies met for a spa day and the Patagonia outlet! My sister and I enjoyed the well equipped gym and, if it had not been raining the Saturday we were there, we would have loved to spend some time at, what looked like, an awesome swimming pool. I would definitely stay at Kasa again. Thanks for all the quick responses to our questions while we were on site.

The apartment unit was fantastic and good value. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities the booking offered. Unfortunately, the way the units are managed is completely virtual. There is no staff on-site, so figuring out the entrance to the building was a bit of a challenge despite the instructions provided. The “Virtual” guest support is insufficient. Getting support during my stay was frustrating and not up to the same standard as the rental unit.

Great amenities! Likes: The apartment was cozy, pet friendly, and had all the necessities. It felt secure with the gated property and secure entries. It was also a convenient location. Beautiful amenities with a fantastic gym, dog park, pool, and clubhouse with a full kitchen. Dislikes: The apartment doors were loud when people were entering and leaving their apartments. It was not very soundproof, but the community was fairly quiet other than that.

I recently stayed at Kasa-Archive Reno-Tahoe in Reno, NV, for 13 nights with a group of three, and it was an outstanding experience. The quality of the accommodations was excellent, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and just the general the ambience made us feel genuinely valued. Customer service was top-notch, always available to assist via the virtual portal. The location was ideal—close to everything yet peaceful. The modern, stylish ambience made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. Just a 5-minute walk from the Peppermill Casino, 5-minutes from the Airport, and 7-10 minutes from the Downtown Reno Area. Overall, Kasa-Archive Reno-Tahoe exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

We rented a one-bedroom standard apartment which was a perfect place to stay for a week for 2 people - I like having a kitchen and washer/dryer. The apartment was clean and decorated tastefully and functionally. We got in late, so it was nice that they left us some coffee pods for the Keurig for the next morning before our grocery run. If you don't want to cook, there's a terrific little diner across the street (Black Bear Diner). There's also a convenience store that sells liquor/beer and a casino within walking distance. There are two grocery stores that are just a few minutes up the road. It was a very convenient place to stay - the airport just minutes away, downtown Reno just 10 or so minutes away. Other attractions made for easy day trips (Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, etc.). If we visit again, Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe will definitely be priority choice for selecting a place to stay.

Apartments on a major road and the noise was extreme. Earplugs were on the nightstand. Not sure about those cleanliness. A loud white noise machine would have been better. Carpets were dirty and heavily stained. Location was good. Communication through chat was ok. Had to ask for extra pillows there were 2 and hangars there were 5. They responded and left at our door next morning. Kitchen was sparsely outfitted with the absolute basics.

A great spot to stay Likes: It was fabulous to have such a great kitchen. It was a real treat have a kettle available to use as I drink tea. In most hotels and accommodation, no kettle is offered. Not everybody drinks coffee. Dislikes: I had a unit on the ground floor, so you couldn't really open the blinds as everybody could then see into the unit. Perhaps on the ground floor units shutters might be an idea, as then you can control how much you open them, and that lets light in as well.

Very affordable place. Likes: Location and facility with the amenities. Dislikes: Lack of on time response like 24/7. More than once took almost two hours to get a response. Lack of signs where is the gym. I discovered by myself walking all over the places. Lack of information about how to dispose the trash and how to get supplies on the office on first floor.

Room was fine, but you need a point person with a telephone # to provide assistance when necessary. Likes: Room was very nice, location is great Dislikes: I could have used more help in securing another room after my stay had ended…I was told that there were no rooms available in August, but by going through Air B&B, we were able to locate a studio in the same building.

Location: convenient, walkable to some casinos, and just a short drive to downtown. Kitchen: decent but lacking basic items for extended stays & frequent cooking Bed: Comfortable; had a good night’s sleep. Noise: Only a few issues with noise, generally quiet. Cleanliness: The unit was clean and spacious for a studio. Bathroom: very large bathroom Wi-Fi: Spotty. Only have 5G broadcasting which makes some electronics not able to connect. Amenities: Coffee bar listed but doesn’t exist. Pool and gym are not in the building, rendering them a little inconvenient. My fob only worked for one door to the building with the gym, requiring a detour. Check-in Process: The keypad was a little sticky and dirty, requiring hard pressing to input the code. Security: Felt safe in the gated community. Value for Money: Decent value considering the location and overall amenities. Despite a few minor issues, I would stay here again due to its convenient location and overall comfort.

The apartment setting was perfect. Full kitchen, washer & dryer in the apartment, and all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. Great place
