Great place stay I really enjoyed the virtual experience. No waiting to check in!

It was it was awesome location and layout. Well done. Likes: The base camp building with the swimming pool gym game area outside barbecue and indoor food. Preparation was awesome. Dislikes: The room was a little dirty when I first got here the rugs have not been vacuumed. The floor looks like it needed to be mopped hardwood floors. The bathroom was not my standard.

We really enjoyed the room and experience we had at the Archive in Reno. The parking and rooms were secure and we felt safe the entire time. It is priced very fair and the full kitchen saved us a bunch as opposed to dining out. We will be back!

Great place, very efficient process!

We love this place and stay here off season because of it's affordability. You can't beat it!

parking sucked but other than that good place

New, Nice and clean place. Easy to get in and out. Nice view from room and close to everything you need Likes: New and clean Dislikes: None

Highly Recommend This place was excellent for a longer term stay. Clean & quiet. Well stocked. Bear Peppermill and Arias casinos.

Great Place

Had a great experience! Check in was very easy, the stay is beautiful. This was my first time in Reno and it was very homey. 10/10 would recommend this over a hotel stay. Fully equipped kitchen which made it easier to home make meals and everything is within a 10-20 minute drive. Will definitely be coming to a Kasa experience again.

Will definitely go back and stay when we are back in the area

Thanks for prompt response

Great for workers that need an option for a longer stay with the amenities of a home.

I did have a nice stay Likes: good space apartment, and facilities Dislikes: everything ok

(Translated by Google) I loved the apartment with all the services of a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and clothes iron and hair dryer, as well as very comfortable rooms, living room and kitchen, plus access to the gym, and easy access to the apartment and very close to several places in Reno. I totally recommend it.

Everything was awesome. It's a very modern building with excellent amenities (the gym is one of the better condo gyms I've seen, and there's an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well, along with game rooms). Check-in was seamless, and if we did run into any questions or concerns, their support team is very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location is top as well, right off Virginia. NOTE ABOUT PARKING: You have to pay $5 a night for parking. However, there is free, covered overflow parking just a few minutes walk away, so it's not too bad in the end.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient.

The apartment was impeccable and communicating with Kasa was super easy!

Likes:

It really felt like “getting home” at this location. We were a little confused about the parking but they answered the customer service number quickly and helped by answering my specific questions. The rest of the time was super easy-going. Especially glad to see others with pets as we had our pup with us

I adore this place—impeccably clean with outstanding service. It's undeniably the ideal choice for anyone who appreciates the combination of cleanliness, warmth, and tranquility in their accommodation.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, the space was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. A true home away from home. Highly recommend!

Kasa is always Al way a great place to stay.

Wonderful! Our second stay here. Likes: Excellent size apartment with great amenities.

bad experience the good: clean room, except for the moldy shower curtain, appliances all worked fine, room smelled fine unlike a previous stay in april when air freshener was overpowering the bad: internet was terrible - i couldn’t even facetime one person with no other internet in use, beds were uncomfortable but not horrible, pillows were awful, there is not enough or any sound proofing and the people above me woke me up at 6-7am several days and sounded like kids running and playing, they kept asking for my license plate in the days before i arrived even though i indicated i did not have it since i was renting a car after flying in and when i arrived and tried to add my plate it just errored and said i couldn’t enter it the unacceptable: we received a text an hour before check in time with the building code but no room code or parking gate code so when we arrived we had one of three codes needed, we were lucky i guess that one of the lot automatic gates was open so we got into the lot but after coming and going several times we found that particular gate was always open so not secure at all, i used the virtual front desk to reach out and it took about 45 mins to hear from someone to get the room code while we waited in the hallway, they gave the two of us one roll of toilet tissue for 5 days- yikes! - and finally they accused us of smoking in the room at 12:35 am when we were not and we hate smoke and threatened to kick us out over it when their sensor malfunctioned will not stay again!!

Comfortable, Great location I have stayed here several times and plan to do so again. Comfortable, great location.
