The room we had was neat but dirty: the floors were covered in black dirt, dirt on the walls, and there was a broken floor board underneath the kitchen counter that we had to move, also it was not a fully stocked kitchen. The furniture was uncomfortable; you sank into the couch, no dining table, beds were hard (not queen size as listed but double/full size), the pillows were also rock hard, and there were NO dressers to put your clothes in. There were no extra blankets in case you got cold and the shades on the windows were not blackout so light came in as soon as the sun rose. Amenities; the pool was great but you were unable to use the barbequer or the fire pits unless you went to buy your own lighter AND no tools to actually cook with. No access to the gym even after reaching out for help from the online desk. There was no place to put the garbage once it was full as the room was locked. NOT PET FRIENDLY: no grass, just turff that was too hot for your dog to walk on.
