10/10 Exceptional
My stay here was beyond wonderful, I felt as though I was staying at a 5-star hotel.
Likes: We did not know what to expect prior to arriving here, we were blown away with all aspects of our stay. From the ease of check-in, to the safety we felt, to the amenities, we were 100% satisfied with our choice to stay here. We will definitely make this a 1st option when we travel to Reno in the future.
Dislikes: The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been an additional plug on the one side of the bed. Both outlets were used and I had to plug my phone in on the other side of the room. Again, I am 100% happy with everything but if I had to "find" one thing to change, it would be an extra outlet or lamp that has outlets. It was by no means a deal breaker, just a very, very ,very slight inconvenience.
