Dislikes: I was trapped in the flooded airport in Fort Launderdale, FL where I was coming from. I tried to adjust my stay and they never got back to me. All I wanted was a credit and was willing to pay the difference in price if it was more expensive and they never got back to me or Booking.com. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. It's important to understand how a property will respond when serious situations happen out of your control. I travel to Reno around 5 times a year for a week or two and this property lost out on thousands of dollars due to their poor and unacceptable communication.

Comfortable, well maintained space. Great amenities - gym, pool, meeting area, and even complimentary coffee!

Great amenities with clean and well equipped room! Close to casinos and downtown area. Highly recommended this place !

Great location at great value. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Spacious, clean rooms with plenty of amenities in the rooms. Great amenities in the clubhouse, a pool, fantastic weight room, and lounge. Well worth it. The location is perfect. Easy in and out to all of Reno

Great place to stay, everything you need in the room, except the furniture for the table, was way rickety and about to fall apart

Home away from home. So relaxing and clean. Amenities were also on point! I’d definitely stay here again.

Great, new complex. Challenging at first to find the location of my apartment due to construction despite really detailed instructions. Will be amazing when all of the construction is finished.

Only ten minutes to airport, This place is safe and clean, farmer's market and CVS within walking distance, nice chinese foods across the street

Property is brand new. Only problem car dealer across street plays, Loud music 8 am till 9 pm.

We really enjoy our stay. Beautiful place clean.

Only complaint noisy car dealer across street. Music plays from 8 am till 9 pm .

Modern and everything I needed!

airbnb says to always communicate through airbnb but Kasa takes you directly to their site, they also asked for my credit card info.

Great place to stay, would stay again. Only downside the beds are a little hard and if you stay on the street side its noisy at night.

I was a little hesitant about the virtual reception aspect of the hotel but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. When I had a question and had to call there help desk my needs were taken care of. The pool and workout area were amazing. The grounds and rooms were spotless.

What an amazing property. As a single traveler I felt very safe as the security was above and beyond. Felt like home.

Check-in was super easy, and I loved the convenient location! I appreciated the spacious, non-smoking, and renovated rooms, especially since other hotel options in the area can be a bit run-down/outdated.

Convenient, modern, and relaxing! Stayed here for the first time for business and loved our 2-bedroom suite! The spacious walk-in closet, washer/dryer in the unit, and full kitchen were amenities that made all the difference. The place is newly built and features keyless access. Love the complimentary coffee at the lobby and the vending machine. We Ubered our way around Reno during our stay, and the airport was just a 10-minute drive away. Groceries, bars, and restos are also less than a 10-minute drive. Will stay here each time I visit Reno!

I stayed in May and truly enjoyed my stay in Reno. The units were welcoming and clean. It was perfect for a friends trip! The onsite team was quick to answer any questions I had and while I rarely ran into them, it was clear they were there and took pride in the building. The property is beautiful— stellar amenities. The building is located in the RED district which is within walking distance to grocery and convenience stores as well as dining and entertainment. I will definitely stay again when next in Reno!

I organized rooms for a company trip for myself and 6 others. The sales rep I worked with was very nice and easy to work with. We also inquired about using the meeting space and decided to not reserve an offsite room for convenience. The hotel itself is extremely noisy due to all the flooring being concrete. You could hear people walking and wheeling bags ALL night long. The blinds don't fully close (no curtains) and as a solo female traveler I did not feel very safe being on the first floor and someone being able to peep through the side of my blinds. Beware the showers in the studio can be pretty tight for a larger person too. The meeting space did not have a door and the cleaning staff was very loud and even yelling through the halls while we tried to have a meeting there. We asked them to close the doors to the rooms whole vacuuming and they didn't. It made for a very unproductive first day and we decided to book a space offsite for the rest of the trip. The biggest issue we had was inconsistent amenities in the rooms. 2 out of the 6 rooms did not have clothes hangers, 1 had dirty floors, some gad earplugs and noise cancelling machines while some did not, and one room had only a half roll of toilet paper. My coworker requested more toilet paper and was told no-her room was provisioned with enough when she checked in. She had to fight back and forth until they finally dropped off an extra roll. Overall we will not being staying here again.

The only complaint is the bed was uncomfortable.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Kasa Archive, in Reno, multiple times, and each visit has been exemplary! Archive is located in the most perfect spot, so whether you’re visiting south Reno, Midtown, downtown, or even Lake Tahoe, archive is nestled right in the center of everything that makes Reno wonderful! Customer service has been so accommodating as well, particularly in my situation make a couple of changes and extensions. I highly recommend Kasa at Archive!

Had a great stay at Kasa Archive Reno-Tahoe. My studio unit was well-appointed and comfortable. Views of the mountains were a nice bonus. Also appreciated the coffee set up in the lobby (as well as in-unit), plus the donuts that were available one morning! Too cold to use the pool (was there in March) but looked like an awesome set up for warm weather with a huge TV and great mountain views. Conveniently close to the airport. Would recommend for anyone visiting the Reno area.

Clean and safe building. Clear directions, easy checkin and checkout. Pool was great and it was very reasonably priced. They went above and beyond. Thank you

This is a really nice facility. I placed here for a business trip and really liked staying here. Only complaint the shower was really small. I am a small person and I was pretty much hugging the shower walls.

Great experience at Kasa Archive! Virtual check-in process was easy, everything I needed was right on my phone and Kasa texted me all the information needed ahead of time. The unit was spacious, clean, and modern - exactly like the pictures online. Nice bonus was a beautiful mountain view from my unit. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect! Likes: Everything! Dislikes: Nothing

Studio with washer/ dryer that was a definite plus. Small but good for a short term stay. Nice finishes and espresso machine with whole coffee beans in the lobby that added a great start in the morning.

Excellent Dislikes: One of the chairs by the table will soon break very wobbly

Stayed at Kasa Archive this week on business. Awesome stay and the club-house is beautiful for business meetups! Will definitely stay again. What a unique experience.

This was a true find. A gated community with many amenities. The rooms were your typical 2 bedroom apartment that was very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 couples. We will be looking for Kasa at all of our travel locations. Thank you.

Awesome property in Reno! Nearby lots of local stops and surrounded by the mountains.

This location was awesome, I can for work and fun! Central location to everything near neighborhoods of mid/uptown Reno. This is a brand new building too so finishes and amenities were top notch. Great gym and pool has a huge flat screen!

So clean, safe environment, easy to check in! Love the fitness center and the pool is amazing. So many parking spaces and super quiet. 100% recommend!

Really nice quiet, and clean. Everyone was friendly. Would definitely recommend.
