First, checking in was a breeze. The virtual check-in process couldn’t be easier. Second, when I walked into the squeaky clean studio apartment they had cookies waiting for me! I know that it’s a little thing but it really was a nice surprise considering that I hadn’t eaten yet and I was hungry. Third, everything is well stocked. They have all the dishes and silverware that you might need and the coffee maker was stocked with various kinds of coffee; they even had tea! I previously stayed at Kasa and during that stay housekeeping knocked on my door a couple times before my 11:00am checkout time. I received a message from Chris over at Kasa saying that he apologized it happened and that he had talked to housekeeping to make sure that it wouldn’t happen again. Well… I must say that Chris is a man of his word. I’m the type of person who doesn’t typically checkout earlier than I have to and I’m happy to say that nobody knocked on my door before the 11:00am checkout time 😁.

This is now my Go To when I am in Reno for business! I am usually in Reno 4 or 5 times a year for 2 weeks at a time. This is such a great alternative to a single room and eating out for everyday! The location is perfect, quiet well lit east to get to! Felt safe and my rental was secure. Also a washer and dryer right there in the apt! Now when I fly home to Baltimore I won't have any laundry to do! If I could ask for anything it would have been dish towels, a dresser and or hangers. There wasn't a dresser and only 2 hangers so I had to keep clothes in the suitcase or on a shelf. See y'all next trip!

My room was in clean and welcoming condition when I arrived. The virtual check in was extremely easy to follow and use. Great experience overall!

The people to the right of my room were extremley noisey. Slamming doors alot. Otherwise my stay at Kasa was good

Overall I really liked the place. Very nice pool, hot tub, fitness center, etc. Very clean and updated and I would stay again. However, I experienced a few issues with my one month stay. I found out that they block VPNs on the internet, which made it impossible for me to work using the Wi-Fi. This was not resolved and I had to use my hotspot, which was a challenge. My partner was able to connect, but had constant problems with instability. Check in was pretty messy and bit tricky to figure out getting in late at night but solved quickly. Lastly, the fire alarms went off every single time we cooked anything. I ended up pulling them down and taking the batteries out which solved that. Overall a good experience, just a few growing pains being a new system and new build. Will definitely stay with Kasa again.

The space was clean, secure and well appointed. It was more spacious than the pictures depicted so we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely go back there!

The unit was impeccably clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find cookies and water bottles on the counter when we arrived. The towels and linens: My husband and I travel 44 weeks a year and many of the places we stay have towels and linens with so much bleach, it irritates our skin and makes sleeping/toweling off, so uncomfortable. We really appreciated the soft linens that didn’t smell like they’d been soaking in bleach. The Jura coffee maker in the lobby, that gave us coffee from beans ground for each cup, was an amazing unexpected treat! The gym was a great space, with lots of room and equipment to get a good workout. The hosts checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was good! We will definitely be back.

This was a great ski week! We had a wonderful stay and definitely book again.

I LOVED staying here. I did not want to leave. Having a washer and dryer was awesome! The gym was perfection. One night I watched Harry Potter on a giant screen while I sat in the hot tub ❤️❤️.

When I walked in the place smelled fresh and clean. It also looked clean. Checking in was a breeze and couldn’t have been easier. I was even able to check in early, I believe that it was at 1:00pm as opposed to four. I really liked this place so much that I decided to rebook. My only complaint was that the person responsible for cleaning the room after I checked out knocked on my door at 9:00am when I had been granted a 11:00am check out. Furthermore, even though I told him that I’d be out by 11:00am he knocked on my door again at 10:52am and acted all annoyed that I was still there. I was completely out of the room at 10:58am which is 2 minutes before the cutoff. Yes. I probably should’ve been out earlier. I do take some responsibility. This next time I’ll just checkout early in order to avoid that potential problem.

As advertised! The location is safe but can be a little dicey if you walk outside at misc times of the night. Very central location and close driving distance to anywhere and everywhere in Reno!

We had two months between selling our home in Reno and waiting to leave the country to become digital nomads. Our 1st month living in an AirBNB was not great, and we were excited to move to Kasa for the 2nd month. We were pleased with the accommodations and the overall service, and would recommend them for visitors and residents who need an external guestroom. While we thought it might be strange dealing with the staff through text messages, we found them to be responsive and personal. When we asked for additional supplies, they responded immediately, and we had them within hours. They also checked in on a regular basis to make sure we were happy. Since we were working while staying there, we especially liked having access to the conference and community rooms throughout the property, as it was nice to be able to move around while working on our projects. While we did use the gym, when we come back in the summer, we’d like to stay here so we can use the pool and bbq area.

Never again! They had no front desk only virtual. I have more pictures of everything that was greasy and dirty. I sugges Likes: it was brand new but, absolutely filthy. I have all the pictures of everything that was dirty. Dislikes: Dirty, Dirty. I called their telephone and complained and they went in to re-clean the mirrors that were all fingerprinted and still did a crappy job.

This is a recently built, quality apartment-like facility. It is safe, clean and comfortable with a coded key entry to the parking lot, building and room.

It was a neat and clean place. Enjoyed my time there. Will definitely be back.

Clean, good location near supermarkets and restaurants. Nice amenities includig a large fitness center and pool/jacuzzi. Property is still under construction so you need to get around temporary fencing and put up with some trucks and noise. bedrooms are small and beds/pillows aren't very substantial.

Honestly I do not know where to start.....the Kasa Reno is a gem of a place. Coming from Dubai I stayed at the Kasa for well over 2 months and I can safely say the property greatly exceeded my expectations on ALL aspects. Safety perfect Apartment finishing perfect Furntite and amenities perfect Parking perfect Support of the team perfect Special thanks to the entire Kasa team especially Jacob and Chris who were excellent in addressing any request we had. Also if this is the team I am confident the quality of Kasa will only continue to grow. The only feedback I would have would be to address the mailing opportunity as a resident it was challenging to receive orders when ordering via amazon Other than that thanks again and will definitely always keep an eye out for Kasa run properties whenever I have long stays in the US

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Stayed 6 nights in Jan '23. Property was very clean and conveniently located. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and huge tv in pool area. Big gym. Lots of construction nearby, but not noisy. Many 'extras' provided. Plenty of laundry soap, dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, tea/coffee, some snacks left for us at check in. Kitchen had plates, bowls, cups, utensils, mugs. Hot water carafe and coffee maker, blender, cutting board, a few storage bowls, stainless steel frying pan, large pot (6 qt?) and small pot (3 qt?), a few cooking utensils and a block set of knives plus steak knives. You never know what a kitchen is stocked with so I'm listing items. Dishwasher detergent would've been helpful (I had my own), anon-stick pan for pancakes and eggs would be nice (lots of butter solved that problem). A pancake/egg spatula would be nice. The fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer all full size. Doors are thin. Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Fridge are loud enough to hear through closed doors. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of storage. 2 sets of towels per person. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. Beds extremely comfortable. 2 pillows on each bed. TV in every room. Housekeeping was eager to get started and stopped by at 9 AM on check out day. Check out is at 11 AM. But staff was friendly and patient about it. No issues checking in or out with the online instructions. Requests for extra pool towels brought quickly. Will stay again. 30 min fr Mt. Rose Skiing

Good place to stay!

Never heard of Kasa and found it 'by accident' - and am so glad we did! Great location, brand new property, all the comforts of home away from home! Management is great and very communicative virtually!

The property has everything we need like a home. It is pretty new and clean. The owner is very thoughtful, even prepared ear plug and eye mask. The room is very warm, which made our winter stay very comfortable. We also used washer and dryer a few times to clean our ski clothes. We enjoyed our stay. Our unit is at the ground floor so we do hear street noise. On the windy day, we hear the window clapping sound.

Great facilities, but inconsiderate guests Everything (I mean everything) about our room and the service we received was fantastic. Had several issues with inconsiderate neighbors, however, during our 1 week stay: 1) upstairs neighbors running & jumping on hardwood floors after 11pm nearly every night; 2) 1 car alarm going off frequently ater 2am one night which didn't stop periodic alarms until after 9am (this didn't happend again & I think Kasa resolved the issue); 3) guests using the fitness center blasted installed music at full volume which resulted in 2 heated interactions that I witnessed; 4) next door, a dog was barking very frequently & long throughout the day (owners were skiing).

It’s value to live in holiday season. Likes: The location is good. The kitchen supplies are complete. It’s good that you can barbecue outdoors. The helpline was working all day and all night. The room was quiet and warm. Parking was available. Dislikes: No extra quilt for sleeping. Due to lack of staff during the night, the problem could not be resolved quickly.

I really amazed with the room we have during our stay in Reno. I would really recommend KASA to my family and friends. The place is in the center of everything like stores, mall nearby restaurants!! And the security access code made us feel safe and comfortable living there. My wife loves it she said she definitely will comebacks here whenever we visit Reno! very clean and close to all what you need. Modern room with attention to details. Bed was closed Comfortable. they offer free coffee. amenities were excellent Gym, pool. manager help me with check out which was nice. Disadvantage: - I can't receive mails at all. if you stay for long time this my be annoying and inconvenient. - They don't accommodate late check out (one to 2 hrs) even if you stay with them for long time. over all positive experience.

It was a great stay in general! The rooms and the appliances are very new and clean. The contactless check-in and check-out processes are very convenient. Parking is easy. One thing which is a bit disappointed is the Kasa Reno tenant can not use the clubhouse although the key tag allows to get it. One or two of the pictures from the Kasa website show the clubhouse but actually you can not use it. I was playing the 8 ball pool game and was asked that I could not play here and had to leave the clubhouse immediately. It was a bit unpleasant. I think Kasa need to be more clear about whether the tenant can use the clubhouse or not. If it is not allowed, Kasa should not grant the access to the clubhouse.

Super easy check in. Their building is very high techy and has all of cool amenities such as heated pools, jacuzzi’s, billiards and other table games, rock climbing, indoor basketball, weight training, boxing stuffs, and so much more! When the outdoor bbq ignition was a problem, they were quick to take care of it and also gave us gift card for any inconvenience. But it wasn’t inconvenient because they took care of it within 15 minutes. Lobby has coffee machine which was awesome. Also they swimming pool area has huge 700” tv that is always on; one thing I wanted to mention was to turn on the caption so we can at least read what is being played. Hotel room was super nice and had all kitchen stuff needed to feel like we’re at home. All my family of 5 give this hotel a 5 star. When we do come back to Reno, Archive Kasa will be our home! We love you Kasa archive! Thank you for your promptness and professionalism and futuristic building access and also our complimentary gift card which was unnecessary! We’ll be back
