This was a great 2 BR/2Ba for us since we were traveling with an adult child. We had no issues with check in if you read the instructions. Although I did screen shot them because I get so many emails they would get lost. Great location. Large space. Nice outdoor area

Good location but no sleeping here We loved the location and condition of the property however every morning at 3 am we were awakened by LOUD banging from city trash trucks/dumpsters—-so loud. Also while the room had blinds, so much light came in through the windows from the courtyard, parking garage and outside lights that it was like having lights on all night while trying to sleep. Worst four nights of sleep IN MY LIFE. Wouldn’t stay there again due to those two things.

Our second stay and just as good as the first. The property is in a great location, is really clean and had everything we needed. We were missing something and got in contact with Kasa, whom responded immediately and helped get the item as soon as they could. Really great service and we would definitely stay again.

Kasa is exactly like the photos. Extremely quiet neighborhood. it's in the middle of everything so its walkable to Downtown, The Gulch, and Vanderbilt University. Clean apartment complex. The only thing I needed from them was to check in earlier than 4pm. They were unable to accommodate that, but other than that this place is fantastic.

The place was nice and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short walk to restaurants, bars, and Music Row and a longer walk to the river and Broadway. The neighborhood was quiet.

Property was very clean and in a quiet area that met our needs. It’s about 5-10 minutes from downtown by Uber but was worth it for us staying there.

The check in process was extremely simple and easy.

Great place to stay in Nashville, good central location but not too close, so not noisy at night. The apartment was really clean, had everything we needed, easy parking and look forward to staying again.

The Kasa Apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need or want. The location was very centrally located for ease of venturing out to our destinations. Communication responses were immediate! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!!

We had a great stay and the accommodations are exactly as the pictures show. It was a great space for 4 people. We like to walk and found the location to be in a great spot. The walk to Broadway was about 20-25 minutes. The condo is very clean, there's free coffee in the lobby and it all felt very secure. There were a lot of great coffee shops close by. It is noisy at night because you're in a central area so bring ear plugs or use the sound machine provided. The door was a bit finicky to lock, it looks like the door frame needs a bit of fixing and one of the sinks in the bathroom wasn't draining well, but otherwise a perfect stay!

Great location and communication. The pictures and details of how to find our place and check in were extremely helpful, especially while navigating a busy part of the city. We were able to walk to several great restaurants, which was also very nice! Highly recommended.

Great stay at Kasa apartment! Walking distance to downtown/Broadway (approximately 20-25 min walk or an easy Uber ride away). Also in a great area on its own with restaurants, cafes and bars. Free coffee in room and lobby. Clean. Hosts very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Great place as described, although some window curtains would be a great addition! Building construction is average can hear upstairs neighbors and cars in parking garage outside the window.

We felt very unsafe in the area. We opened the door and chemicals smell was strong. We immediately left and did not stay. The Uber driver told us two senior women should not be by ourselves in this area.

Would come back again in a heart beat...... Likes: Location was fabulous, apartment had a few hiccups, there is a sound alarm bell that sent me a text message during the night that we were too loud - we were 3 middle aged women up talking and laughing one evening and this text came in to say we were too loud - not great. Also the person that lives above on purpose would bang around upstairs just to be nasty - completely unnecessary. The other people in the building clearly don't like the tourists coming & going - maybe a different building would work better for this sort of trip as then you would have more easy going people to deal with, it was hard not having a point of contact in the building. Whenever I text they came back to me straight away but having someone there would be better to deal with things straight away. Dislikes: The people downstairs in reception - a manager and an assistant manager sat in their offices staring at us if we used the coffee facilities, extremely unfriendly and rude, they clearly have an issue with guests staying in this building, it seems to be mostly an owner/renter occupier sort of building and had zero time for tourists coming & going - very unfriendly - but as we are Irish and really don't care what people think we just got on with it but you could feel the mood change as we entered & exited the building. Also coffee pods getting replenished daily in the apartment would of been better as it would mean no interaction then with downstairs folk getting coffee. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay and so accessible to everything, would 100% go back there again. They left so many towels which was great, I would continue to leave lots of towels for guests plus coffee pods & creamers etc.

I just love the little apartment. It had all the amenities and even a walk-in closet and washer and dryer. Nashville is quite expensive right now to stay so I thought it was good value for the money. I felt it was far away from downtown Broadway, when I booked it (on the map). We walked once on a hot day and that was enough so Uber was only about $10, so I thought that was great considering I’m not much of a walker. The apartment was spotless, very modern and the building was very well kept. I will definitely stay here next year🤠🤠🤠

The Room was very clean. The check in process was easy every stepped helped and navigated me to having a great stay. And the location and atmosphere was beautiful with everything in walking distance … 5 stars I love

Very nice apartment, close to bars and 20 min walk to the broadway. Clean and cozy.

They were not able to accommodate for an early check in which is why I will give four stars. Otherwise I don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend a long full length mirror and maybe a throw blanket for the couch but overall nice room.

Overall very nice. Was clean but some dirty towels and trash not picked up upon arrival.Bath sinks drained slowly. Toilet handle on one toilet broken. Entry door to apartment was not working right and had been tampered with probably from past guests dealing with same issue.

Great location in Music Row. Very clean and check in was so easy with perfect instructions and pictures. Great value.

This was an excellent experience. Room was great, clean and comfortable! Location was awesome too. very close to everything and walking distance to a couple bars, restaurant and nightlife.

We loved our stay! It was quiet, safe, VERY CLEAN & near everything! We will definitely stay here again when we visit Nashville!

The apartment was nice, very minimal but that is all we needed as we were out and about most of the days we were there. One complaint is the trash trucks come by multiple times a day and in the very early morning hours and almost shake the floors. I thought someone was pounding on our door to get in. It was alarming and woke our group up multiple times.

The check in is exhausting and over the top. The manager and assistant manager on site were less than friendly. The manager to busy to leave his office. While the assistant manager walked by us giving us a dirty look and into her office she went without a greeting or assistance. We had a employ enter our room without the staff giving us the heads up. Or giving our consent to do so when we were out. Said staff member removed a portable air conditioner and stole from us. The off site staff fell flat when addressing this issue. What made it worse was the fact the air conditioner was covering up the loud noise the fridge was making. Which kept my pregnant wife up all night. Needless to say this is a place we would never recommend to family or friends. Avoid at all costs!!

I can't say enough about how great our stay was here! It was very spacious for a studio with a large bathroom, full kitchen and w/d right in the unit! It had everything we could have needed or wanted and we slept so well on the bed! The neighborhood was fab and there was so much within walking distance. We also took the bus and had an easy time getting to bus stops from where we were. The building was super quiet too! The icing on the cake was the ice maker in the fridge for those 100 degree Nashville days!

Great place to stay for a weekend in Nashville. Walking distance to Vandy but a long walk to Broadway. Be aware of some sketchier areas near the complex but felt safe while there! There is a lot of nightly noise so make use of the sound machine!

Kasa offered an alternative to traditional hotel and AIRBNB. It was comfortable and very clean. It was a condo with hotel amenities. Great area with walking distance from bars and bars. Easily accessible to Broadway, but a reprieve from the chaos.

Where to start. I literally have a stay hear august22-25 The first day was okay. Second night someone tried to break in my room in the middle of the night. They didn't get in thank God. Several of the residents in this building told me there vehicles are always broke into. No security on site no cameras in the hallway nothing. After waiting three hours for Nashville police to file a report. I had to get on the phone took me over three hours to get relocated. While I trying to get my car out of the gate. I asked women in office to open the gate she told me she didn't have gate key. After I told her she could open the gate or I was driving my car thru the gate . She went in and came back out in two minutes and open the gate. After she said she had no key and I would have to leave my car there to get towed. Once I got to the relocation place it was the same hassel to check in. I got into the building and drop my stuff off went out to eat to be called two hours later to be told that we had over booked and we had to vacate the property. With a hour . Not accomodations no refund nothing I literally was on the street of Nashville looking for a place to stay. I talked to several residents in the building and they said alot of people get robbed and kick out usually the last day of there vacation. U can't listen to loud music U can't talk loud at night U can't be on the balcony at night u might get someone to complain that u are loud I would never rent from kasa again they suck

The property was safe. The hot water in the shower was just right. No pots to cook a nice meal.

The parking lot directions were well written, just had to follow explicitly..other than that. Key Fobs worked well..text messages and phone contacts were awesome

If you want a simple check in process this is not the place. We felt like we were going into the witness project program. With all the bells and whistles to get to our room. The assistant manager couldn't be bothered to help us as we arrived. The manager giving us the dirtiest look as she passed by not even a hello or do you need any help? We had arrived after a early morning flight and we just wanted to rest up for our visit at the Grand Ole Opry that night. But our neighbors were blaring loud music that shook our room. That night I took out a dish to eat on and it had caked on food. Only to find the sink had no hot water. The next day we are out and about in Nashville all day. We return home to find out someone had accessed our room. Without any heads up from the staff. They removed a portable air conditioner from our room. Only to steal the candy we had left on our counter top. A total violation of privacy with little to no responsibility taken by the Kasa. To top that all off with the air conditioner taken out. We had not realized the god awful noise the refrigerator was making beforehand. That kept my wife up all night long. Just for convenience we had reached out to them prior to most of this happening to try to book another night. As part of our honeymoon when we returned back to Nashville. They refused to work with us at all on the two night minimum stay so I had to find another place to stay last minute. Needless to say avoid this housing unit at all costs.

The check-in process was seamless, the location was conveniently close to Broadway yet still peaceful and quiet. This was by far the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Overall we had a great time in Nashville at this Airbnb. We had troubles finding the apartment at first, since the address was off by one number. The apartment was nice and spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The bathroom and the towels had some leftover hairs in it, but we contacted Kasa and they replaced the towels immediately. The contact with Kasa was great, very short response time and friendly and helpful.

Excellent space, very clean and great location. Would stay again
