Reviews of Kasa at Artisan Music Row NashvilleReviews of Kasa at Artisan Music Row Nashville

It was a great place to stay very central to everything. So much room it was like coming home to my own place. Price was well worth it. I don’t think I could find a hotel for the same price. Having the privacy of a bedroom and even a bathroom each!

Great place to stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Great stay ! Easy check in process. All the amenities were on point. Clean, comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Apartment design did not have a bedroom door, it was an open concept. Quick drive to broadway. Area of town was clean and safe. Thank you so much.

Clean and easy to use. Immediate area not attractive. Main issue was a persistent noise through the night, perhaps coming from the ventilation system.

We had an amazing time staying at Kasa! Great location to get to Broadway, quick scooter trip over Uber ride over. Place was very clean, and stocked with the necessities, perfect for 2! Would absolutely stay here again!

would stay again Very enjoyable. KASA was clean, safe, quiet and easy to check-in and out. Highly recommend. We took an uber to museums and lower Broadway area, nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend to explore Nashville, we were able to scooter everywhere under 10 minutes. We would love to stay here again!

The facility was great, I just wish there was a way to talk with someone when we needed something. Likes: The location was easy to navigate to/from, and our Uber drivers were always close by. With the unit being an optional monthly rental, it had a full kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. The building was consistently clean and quiet. Dislikes: If we needed something restocked, that was not an option (ex: another pillow or more towels). That's a bit inconvenient.

Perfect location, great place to stay if you have a pet. Would stay here again

The unit itself was exactly as described. In a great area, easy to both walk and drive. The host was responsive when we had an issue with our A/C unit. I Would book again with this host.

Stay was amazing Likes: Well maintained, very clean. Good looking rooms! Dislikes: Checking out was kind of annoying, we had to open the gate with the key, park the car outside, and then run back up to the room the return the keys/parking pass.

Decent little spot to stay for a night or two. (+) Early check in was approved. Instructions were very clear for how to check in. Nice and comfortable inside. Great bathroom and kitchen, though very minimally stocked. (-) Hand towels that were laid out were pretty wet. Parking and re-parking wasn’t ideal, it was like checking into a hotel. Thankfully my pup is also trained on potty pads, not able to quickly take her anywhere to go to the bathroom, it’s a 10 walk to a park/grassy area. Would stay again but not with my pup.

Very nice place. Lots of check-in instructions and up and down the elevator/hallway to get parked and back in the apartment to settle in, but a very nice place. Loved having covered parking! Grateful that we could bring our furbaby with us as well. Wasn't as close to Nissan Stadium as we had originally thought, but no worries. All the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, in a nice location.

Honestly, did not expect such a fantastic Airbnb from Kasa. The accomodations were more than we were anticipating with an amazing and clean space, plentiful of beds and pullout, closets, and equipment to make your stay with Kasa relaxing and stress-free. Hope to come back next year, will definitely stay with Kasa again. The neighborhood is quiet, with little traffic or pedestrian noise. There are plentiful of locations to grab food, coffee or bits. The Nashville city center is never more than a 10 min taxi ride, let alone any other part of the city.

I was in town to be with my dad through his heart transplant this was very close to the hospital and restaurants and stuff like that. It was a nice place and made a stressful situation easier.

Loved it

Great location near Vanderbilt. New building, clean and modern feeling unit. Plenty of space as it was an apartment, not a hotel room. Walkable area. Kasa texts often to communicate.

Our stay at Kasa in Nashville was our worst AirBNB experience ever. Apt was very complicated to access, no parking pass was left for us, we had to wait at the property for one to delivered. Laundry was not dry and the dryer dis not work. Air conditioner did not work and the loaner unit was so loud we could not sleep. Dishwasher was broken with water in the bottom. I will avoid any Kasa managed properties in the future.

This place has everything you need and felt very homey; we even made brunch one morning. It is also in a perfect location as one day we had to walk from broadway and it was just 30 minutes. The only thing we’d change is having the opportunity to check in early as 4 is pretty late and kind of ruined our plans for the first day where we found ourselves waiting around to check in. None the less we would stay again because of how nice and convenient this place was! Highly recommend.

Everything was great about my stay. Walkable location for restaurants and bars. The studio was perfect. Large and spacious. I highly recommend.

Check in was a little confusing but everything else was perfect. Great location, an easy walk to bars and restaurants and quick scooter ride to lower broadway.

Everything was as described for the most part, except there were pictures of the work area that are in the hallway of the apartment complex but looked like they were in the room itself. Otherwise, the place was suitable for business travelers, in the nice area of a town with a lot of great dining options.

Amazing apartment, great location. It would have been a perfect 5 stars for everything but they should check the fire alarm system in the building, it was on 5 times in the early morning with no reason, so we could not rest well the 1st night because of that. Would come back though.

Great location! Safe, clean and easy to access. Highly recommend.

Our stay was perfect for a weekend business trip. We were well within walking distance of so many great restaurants. The apartment was very clean and provided toiletries like you would expect in a hotel. There were plenty of towels and a keurig with coffee pods provided. Granted there is a free coffee maker in the communal lounge but who wants to do that every morning? The bed is extremely soft so if you like a firm mattress like me prepare for morning backaches. It didnt keep me from sleeping soundly though. The roads can be somewhat noisy but they provided a sound machine that worked perfectly. The couch is really a loveseat and not very comfy but hey, we didnt spend much time in the rental. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place.

Would definitely stay again, it has everything you need inside and it’s 10 mins away from broadway.

Customer service is absolutely impeccable, even at 3am. Check in was a breeze, in and out access was so easy. The studio was impeccable. The bright white sheets even smelled great. 1 towel was deeply stained and 1 was dirty, but there where were many to choose from. I would suggest soaking the shower head, but the pressure was fantastic. These were minor compared to other places. I want to come back to Nashville just to stay here again!

This place was very nice. The location was in Music Row which is a great location close enough for a less than 10 minute drive to Broadway and all the live music. This place was very clean and modern and quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing location. Just minutes out of downtown. Access to unit was simple communication was great. Will be using kasa again

Fantastic stay!

Very nice place!! Great area to be in in Nashville. Endless restaurants and activities to attend!
