Reviews of Kasa at Boston CommonReviews of Kasa at Boston Common

Very clean, beautiful and spacious two bedroom apartment, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants very quiet specially at night, close to trains in general fantastic!

We were one of the first to stay at this new Kasa property. The unit was very clean, spacious, and brightly lit. Very convenient to Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. There were a couple minor punch list items that Kasa should be able to fix quickly. Overall an excellent stay.

Great place, super location, highly recommended

This was a very nice stay. Very clean, plenty of clean towels and extra blankets Would definitely stay there again and have recommended this to others!

Very clear instructions, good location, provided linens, which was helpful. Thank you!

Location wise this was just perfect (park, restaurant, grocery, history) all within 5-10 walk. The building is inside an alley so far away from the street noise. The building itself is old but clean and well maintained. The only issue at time was the upstairs noise from upstairs. The wood flooring is not very helpful to block noise but such is the tradeoff of character of a brick and beam building and noise! Inside the unit is exactly as pictures , spacious and bright… basic Airbnb setup. Everything you need is there but nothing more. The bed and pillows were comfortable but don’t expect luxury bedding. The Kasa team is really on top of things, they proactively ping you to make sure things are going well and when there is an issue they are fast to respond

Good. I’d stay here again in a pinch

Decent place and even a possible replacement to local hotels if you have a group. Word of caution, the organization hosting is a business who uses AirBnB to advertise. Place was very good overall. However, they aren’t fast to reply, and changes are being made from a call center in the Philippines. Customer service was very slow and how they handled reservations (slow follow-up, difficult to add people to reservations, and their charges ($11.5k for three nights less a massive discount to $1200) was overly time consuming and difficult.

The location couldn’t be beat! Lots of room in this apartment! Overall great!

Easy CheckIn, great communication and a fantastic location!

Great location. Very walkable. Bedrooms are nice size. Cozy and charming.

Great place to stay, clean and spacious!

Great stay, nice place, very roomy

Checking in and out was seamless, the apartment was clean, loved that they provided so many clean towels and extra blankets as it got a bit chilly at night. The location was central and exactly what we needed to get around between train station/ meetings/dinner etc smoothly. Overall would definitely stay there again.

Great stay. Perfect location and very clean. Quiet and safe.

Spacious unit with convenient walking options

A spacious and comfortable stay with excellent proximity to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail. Likes: The instructions and communications from the host were excellent including the best way to locate nearby carparking at a good rate. Out of control of the host, the front door key code we had was correct but not working. Fortunately some other tenants were able to contact someone inside who let them - and us - in! This was not fixed for the duration of our stay but we were able to use an access door in the rear of the building instead. Communication with the host was always top knotch and I found them very caring and generous. The washer/dryer was brilliant with detergent provided. Easy walk to nearby cafes and dinner options. Dislikes: On paper the location is perfect - right by the theatre and Boston Common. In reality the back of the building / kitchen living area overlooks a homless community. We never felt unsafe but it was a little confronting and made us wary of our movements and being home before dark as we had to access our building from that street during our stay.

Dislikes: El elevador no estaba funcionando,

Excellent stay. We had a great time!! Highly recommend! Likes: It was clean, cozy, and convenient! Managing staff was GREAT with communication. Dislikes: N/A

It was a good location for us and spacious. It seemed like the building is going through some transition and for me it w Likes: It was spacious with two big bedrooms and a kitchen. The location was easy, walking distance to everything. The shower was good pressure and the beds were comfortable. Dislikes: It is located on a street with construction. There is no coffee for the morning. The air conditioner in the bedroom is incredibly loud. The code changed in the morning and I locked myself out while getting coffee down the street.

Brilliant place to stay in Boston, would highly recommend Likes: Superb all round , great facilities, brilliant location ! Dislikes: Nothing

Likes: UBICACION, BUEN PRECIO Dislikes: LO UNICO MAL, FUE QUE DEJE EL VEHÍCULO QUE RENTE AFUERA DE LOS DEPARTAMENTOS, DONDE HABIA UN LETRERO QUE LO PERMITIA Y AUN ASI, SE LO LLEVO LA GRUA, ASI QUE TUVE QUE PAGAR BASTANTE DINERO PARA QUE ME LO REGRESARAN

50 metros do metrô Park.

Overall good! In the center, we didn’t have to take the uber that much Likes: Good location, clean house, spacious Dislikes: The front door wasn’t working properly. We had to use the back door to enter.

We had such a great trip, and loved this apartment. The location to everything, the cleanliness, and safety was 12/ Likes: Location, location, location. So close to everything. Dislikes: The only improvement I think that could have been made is access to additional towels and blankets. I will say that I am almost positive if I would have messaged the staff I am sure that they would have delivered me additional towels and blankets they were always on top of everything, I also get very cold at night which is a me problem so I just turned up the heat and that did the trick, but having access to them would have been great.

Likes: Amazing location, right at the Boston Commons, very spacious, well fiurnished, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen it is an elevated first floor. you see people walking around under you. The windows can use some cleaning

We will be back again. Likes: Pretty much everything Dislikes: Beds were a little too firm. But we were exhausted so still slept

Likes: The accommodation was meticulously maintained and centrally located, making for a delightful stay.

Perfect accomodation for a comfortable stay Likes: The apartment was perfect. It was modern and stylish and above all, comfortable. It had everything we needed for a week long stay and saved a fortune in not eating out all the time due to the kitchen facilities being excellent. The location is ideal for the hospital, Downton Crossing area and Boston Common but TBH Boston centre is small enough we walked everywhere, even to Fenway Park. Dislikes: Honestly, very little. We had a groundfloor apartment and there is a little Subway noise but it's not a problem in any way.
