Cool place

The location and the apartment was exactly as described. Prior to my arrival (4:50pm) I received an email stating "Hi Brandy, Our sensor is continuing to detect excessive noise from your Kasa unit. Please acknowledge this message by giving us a call at # listed. We appreciate your cooperation. Please be aware that any additional noise alerts may result in the cancellation of your stay. The only thing is I did not check in until 6:11pm. I did call the number to inform them that I was not there at the time the e-mail was sent. I did have a hard time locating the initial entrance of the building (actually I never found it) therefore the leasing office had to let me in. Also, I received an e-mail from KASA stating " Kasa is requesting $50 USD Additional payment has been requested for an issue related to a Charlotte trip. You have until Jul 29 at 4:00 PM EDT to respond to this request. Multiple unresolved requests may be subject to review." After that everything was okay.

Nice place to stay! Quiet!

Very clean

My stay really felt like a home away from home. It was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The space really matched the photos. Loved having access to my own laundry, the fitness room. The only challenge I faced with this location is that the building feels a bit like a maze so I struggled finding my way in and out of the building for the first few days. I’m not sure if the tenants in the building are aware that this building has air bnb units but many seemed caught off guard to see new people in the common areas.

Kasa charged my card. I could not get ahold of anyone for the check in instructions, they then later cancelled my reservation after me calling and messaging them SEVERAL times. I stayed on hold several times with no answers.

Beautiful location with wonderful amenities! We’re not new to KASA properties, but this was definitely of my favorites. We didn’t want to leave!

Great place to stay! The airbnb was very clean, spacious and ina great location. Only had difficulties entering the building the first day.

I really liked the stay. My only note is the air smelled of stale cigarette smoke, not strongly - but it was a present smell. It was definitely the first thing I noticed upon entering. I talked to customer service and they said they would be happy to switch me to a different unit if the smell was too bothersome. So, if you try it and the smell bothers you, they will move you. Beds were fine, towels were fine, apartment had visibly been cleaned, no complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Kasa was very accomodating and flexible my entire visit. I was VERY impressed with every aspect of the stay from the check in process to the condition of the air bnb, to check out. Going in I was very nervous not having any photos to look at but the reviews spoke very highly and now I see why. 11/10 recommend for anyone looking into them!

Amazing apartment. Extremely clean, organized and nice. Full kitchen with everything you need. Pool was a bonus. Location isn’t the most active part of Charlotte but everything was within a 10 minute drive. Train station across the street. Really satisfied, would definitely come back.

Very nice place. Very clean. A little hard to get into but overall a great place to stay. It seemed like it was new construction. Everything looked brand new. The gym, pool, and lounge area were wonderful.

Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Bin bald gerne wieder zurück Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist der unflexibel duschkopf, das ist aber wohl ein amerikanisches Ding 🤣 da sind wir Europäer etwas verwöhnt

Kasa at Noda was Amazing!! From the point of communication, The cleanliness of the home, it felt like home! The area was walking distance to food halls, lounges you name it even across the street from he train station. 10/10 recommend

Worth the stay! Very clean and safe as well as convenient

The only complaint I had was the code I was sent did not work to get into the building to get the garage key from the room but other than that the stay was perfect and a smooth check in.

The rooms we’re very spacious, bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Beds super comfortable. Food walking distance “Optimus hall”. Overall enjoyed my stay

Nice place, only thing is their noise sensors are very sensitive.

I had an amazing stay. Everything was as pictured. Price was affordable. Surroundings were beautiful. Definitely will be visiting again!

This apartment was perfect! Highly recommended

The space was really clean and comfortable…I had an issue with trying to find the entrance with the keypad to get in the building, but eventually figured it out. I loved the free coffee machine..I was not informed that the washer and dryer was being repaired and not available, so that was a little disappointing. However I would stay here again for the price.

Very large and spacious and clean, they didn’t have any photos at the time of booking just reference photos of their other units and the apartment had the same vibe and decor as described. Everything was brand new which was great and all the basics were included. Location not far from down town and close to public transportation. We did have some issues location the actual unit initially as it was far from the front of the building where we were giving a passcode for entry. Overall, great experience!

Five Stars! Best place to stay in Charlotte! Everything was perfect. The whole building was extremely squeaky clean! Everyone I met in the neighborhood was extremely friendly and kindhearted. The perfect pool area, serene outdoor patio with a small manmade waterfall, clean gym and complimentary coffee all made the stay absolutely ten times more enjoyable. There is everything you need inside the unit. Hands down this was the best place I have ever stayed. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. I walked to downtown Charlotte with no problem! Would’ve loved to stay forever! Thank you Kasa! ☕️

This place was perfect for our quick trip to Charlotte! It was beautiful, clean, had awesome perks like the pool, and was close to everything we wanted to see! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything matched the description. Kitchen has everything you’d need from knives to cut ting boards to utensils and pots. Amazing stay and would definitely choose them again.
