Most likely the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. Had some nice basic amenities to make sure I had what I needed and more for shower, a few extras for bed like pillows and blankets, plenty of towels, tea set up with kettle and/or coffee and nice balcony. I think this is just a very basic and extremely clean /new unit. One painting above bed and could use more 'homey' decorations over time. It was a 10/10 for me with access to a train directly across the street taking you downtown (no sound) and cool neighborhood things like the Optimist Hall for grub a mile away and a very cool little adult Arcade bar that I enjoyed playing Atari, Sega and pinball for a few hours. I'll be back and stay here. Just had an overnight layover and this was perfect. About 15-20 uber or lyft from airport. A big win.

Excellent apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The pool temperature was lovely. Location was Very quiet yet not too far from amenities. The light rail is directly outside the front of the building. The host always responded immediately and was very happy to help. We will be back!

Excellent stay, great accommodation. Enjoy my stay with family. The whole process was seamless. Never had to speak to a live person. All the information needed was provided by text and emails. Love the indoor garage, next to the apartment. Easy parking, well worth the $10 a day charge for it. Love the free coffee machine made available to all in foyer area next to the lounge area. Everything was clean and well kept. Will be back again. Very safe place to stay.

The apartment is situated in a prime downtown location, just steps away from popular restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was impeccably clean, with modern furnishings and amenities that made my stay very comfortable. Access was straightforward, with clear instructions provided prior to arrival. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Queen City and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking convenience and comfort in the area.

Easy Access - easy to understand We did not use the garage. There were always parking slots around the apartment Wonderful rooms Gym was very good We did not use the pool and BBQ station but looked nice + the train station was very quiet and we used it many times to get into Downtown

For those who prefer cycling, the city offers protected bicycle lanes, making it an excellent option for visiting nearby establishments and attractions. Additionally, our Kasa is a mere two-minute walk from the 501 Light Rail - Lynx Blue Line at the Parkwood Station stop. This provides easy transfers to various parts of the city, including direct access to the airport. Speaking of which, Charlotte Douglas International Airport is just 9 miles away, ensuring a smooth and quick journey to and from your accommodations.
