Staring positive, the amenities in the building were very nice. The gym was great, pool was pretty and the overall feel of the building was modern and clean. The unit itself was big enough for four adults and had good windows and natural light. The downside to me were a few basic things - no hangers in the closets, kitchen and living room tables not wiped down, no wine key, empty handsoap dispensers, etc. When I reached out about these issues, I got AI responses that kept pushing out the time to resolution and ultimately nothing was resolved until the following day. Not a terrible stay but wouldn’t be top of my list
