Very safe and nice place ! Great for families.

Great place to stay! The ammenities are amazing! 2-story gym with ALL the equipment, HUGE locker rooms, lap pool, leisure pool. Penthouse library, terrace, and game area. There is so much to enjoy in this place. The decor was amazing and looks like right out of a magazine. Rooms were good and clean. Slightly small kitchenette and no place to sit other than the bed, but I wasn't there to host a feast, so it was no big deal. Local coffee shop was great, with kinds of craft brew and other drinks and pastries available. Only downfall is there weren't enough restaurants within walking distance. There is a neighborhood with Whole Foods and Target that is 15 minute walk. Its close to UT campus with a 15 minute walk, and that's why I chose the place. This was my 2nd time in Austin, where the 1st time was at a hotel. And considering what Kasa has for ammenities and the cost, it was a great value for the money. I will definitely stay there next year when I visit Austin again.

Kasa was an excellent place to stay for easy access to a several-day event hosted by UT. Customer service was outstanding. Assets of the Kasa include a wonderful gym and two pools, one of which is a 25m lap pool.

Limited parking spaces that accommodates compact cars. Otherwise, we had a great time.

For the price, id book a hotel nearby instead and much better check in times than the absurd 4pm check in and the cheap memory foam mattress. The property was clean and while there is a kitchen, there isn’t a table nor a chair.

Lovely stay at the Waller Super conveniently located near downtown Austin! Walkable to most places. Building is beautiful with lovely amenities like a stunning pool and gym. Extremely safe too! You can only access your own floor and building is locked at night.

Excellent location, great amenities lots of coffee shops nearby and places to eat.

There was a slight issue with checking in, but one phone call got everything back in order. As soon as we got our key we had a wonderful stay! Amenities are great and location is near plenty of great restaurants.

I loved how secure the property was, that the apartment was very clean, spacious. The concierge was wonderful and helpful. The pool was great and relaxing. I will 100% stay again.

Great location! Very easy to get to 6th street, the capital and the Moody Center. The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. We contacted support about some issues with our unit and they responded immediately and took care of us. I would definitely stay with Kasa again.

ATTENTION!!! I bought 10 nights, and it was definitely a very bad experience; the staff doesn’t resolve issues. I'll never stay at Kasa again; they put different photos in Expedia of their property, specifically in the bathroom. They have walk-in showers with a very poor design: the water splashes everywhere, and it's also very uncomfortable to shower. I asked many times to change my room to another studio with a bathtub and a glass shower, similar to the photos on Expedia. Still, they say that all the studios have the same shower. They didn’t want to transfer me to another studio; they wanted to upgrade my room to a high-end one. They prioritize their business over their guests' experience. Don’t book with Kasa!!

I would like to say before anything else that the staff of this facility was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I can praise no one more highly than Rudy at the front desk. And communication between the hosts via the app messenger was consistently quick and appreciated. I will not stop singing their praises. The unit itself was great with a very clean aesthetic, laundry units, and the a spacious closet and shower. I cannot complain about these. There were some issues. The tv was not working the first night I arrived and the refrigerator needed to be reset to properly cool. However this was done the very next day. To provide context, I checked in at nine in the evening and the staff came to repair the next day at a good time of about two in the afternoon, when I would be gone for my day. So while there were a few bumps that does not mean I would not recommend this place. Things happen, that is life, and what is important is how staff responded. I was even given some credit back for the inconvenience. In the end, I would definitely return. In fact I have another trip to the area booked for next month and look forward to seeing the friendly faces of this place once again!

Good location.

It is an excellent location. It is in the center of Austin. Street parking is not easy, and the underground garage pay-to-park must be reserved in advance. The apartment is as described, but much larger than the pictures. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. 4:00 pm checking time is rigid. Yes, we would stay again.

The space was beautiful, amenities were great, and a 15 minute walk to plenty of activities! I absolutely would and will stay here again. 4 stars only because our deadbolt to enter the space did not work for the duration of our stay, and we did feel this was a major safety concern

Lovely new building with a front desk concierge. The apartment was clean & very comfortable. Well stocked enough in the kitchen to make meals. Great little outdoor deck though we wish it had furniture so we could sit outside. Loved the pool & the gym! Good location, easy to get to other places in Austin too. Would stay again & recommend it to others!

Really enjoyed my stay. Great area & apartment was clean and nice inside. Only down side was the balcony didn’t open. But besides that definitely recommend!

Great location. AC worked well. Great value. JO's Coffee right in the lobby was a great perk. Host was very responsive to an issue I had with the coffee pot.

Amazing location! Amazing staff who work there! Residents who lived there were kind and gave us great recommendations on best places to eat. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was clean and well maintained, the pools were great! Rooftop was brilliant! I would highly recommend staying here!

Room was clean and staff very friendly. Parking was good and Kitchen was clean. The room really needed a chair and also some other things that would make it into a nicer stay for the residents that stay there.

Very nice place to stay, super clean and excellent service. Within walking distance to clubs, dining and The Moody Center. The top floor is a very nice setup for working online privately or just hanging out . There are several offices available to anyone needing that service.

Comfortable apartment for a 5 day stay in Austin. Easy parking in the garage. Had all the essentials needed.

We were told that we were required to check in online by uploading a drive license and adding other personal info. We asked if there was a way to check in upon arrival so as to not upload personal stuff to a website we never heard of. The reply was that the online was the required and only way to check in. Upon arrival, there was a concierge in the lobby that verified our ID and gave us the keys. CLEARLY there was a personal check in experience available, so we were lied to about check in. Checking in online benefitted only the host while possibly putting my personal info at risk. On arrival the room was generally clean, but the only kitchen towel left us was used, stained and had food stuck to it. The toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. The white noise radio on the nightstand was unplugged. The location was great, walkable to most things in downtown Austin including UT. However, For this quality of lodging (and the price that went with it) I expected better than this; I will not be stating at this location again nor at any property managed by Kasa Lodging.

Booker beware: My vehicle was towed from disability parking and I had paid for parking. You are not safe from residents who are spiteful and think they own parking spaces like a disabled spot. Kasa does nothing about this either, allowing vehicles to be towed with no notification to the person staying. You are given a scanned bar code on laminate paper, that is not new btw, to get into the garage that has entrance via a wall that opens and closes. It’s not easy scanning yourself in either from the over head scanner. A tow truck driver would not be given this scan code. Obviously, it was a resident. People live there and certain rooms are used as rentals, so you are mixed in with the residents. Renters are not safe amongst this crowd. My placard was a few days expired and I work for people of disabilities for a living. My doctor was out of town and I was getting my form filled out this week. My stay was for a week. My first three days went somewhat ok, but then I felt like someone didn’t like me parking in this one spot. One day I saw a vehicle with headlights on and a person just staring. The parking lot feels strange altogether. No security and very closed in. You’re better off at a regular hotel where everyone is not a resident. Go get your free breakfast, because this place could cost you. It’s not worth the grief. I traveled for business and it cost me time and cash money finding my vehicle and shifted my entire day. The person in the large white pickup who thinks they own disabled spots, well that’s their karma. B3

Great place, great location, would stay again!

Exceptional concierge was the only positive mark for Kasa. Everything else is overpriced and overrated. Last minute fight to maintain booking with some shrewd excuse by Kasa canceling booking the day before arrival then after legal threat miraculously finding a “closet” for stay. Not the amenities reserved five weeks before the scheduled stay. Never again.

Slightly dated and a lot of items don’t work

A great experience! A second time coming to Austin, staying here was very welcoming! I will be back in the future without a doubt! Staff were great!
