9/10 Excellent
Not bad as long as you understand what it is.
Likes: Spare but adequate small apartment. They lease for longer periods, i think as well as for overnight stays. Interesting concept to an old man.
No rugs, no pictures on the wall. Nice comfortable bed, big TV on wall, alarm with charging ports, stools and a small cushioned chair are the furniture. Bathroom has the basics. Easy entry after jumping through ID hoops one staff guy who didn't interact with me on the day of arrival otherwise no staff.....very simple concept......a no touch hotel. Great location on the edge of downtown and Capitol Hill, both easily walked.
Dislikes: No one around for security, though I imagined that I was on TV all the time in the public spaces, though I sort of doubt that anyone was watching in real time.
Worst in-room coffee I've ever encountered--Like a tea bag (ersatz "pour over") so called "vietnamese" coffee.
