We loved our stay with Kasa in downtown Austin! While the elevator entrance was tricky to spot, check-in instructions were clear once found. The apartment was fantastic—spacious, modern, right in the center of downtown, with great night views from the balcony. It was ideal for two people, but could easily fit four with the sofa bed. Note: our unit differed slightly from the listing photos, but the layout was similar and met our needs.
Early check-in wasn't available before 4 PM, which was no biggie, but the main issue was having no hot water in the shower, making every day feel like a cold plunge. We contacted customer support, and although they said someone would inspect it, no one ever showed up or followed up, despite having plenty of time while we were out. Overall, it's a great property, but customer support and maintenance responsiveness definitely need improvement.
