This was our second time staying here. We were in town for a dance competition at the Iowa Event Center. Would love to stay here again next time we are in town. It was a easy walk to the Event Center, roughly 3 blocks. There was some street parking right outside the building that you paid through an app on your phone (ParkDSM) or scanning a QR code that made it easy! If these spots are not open, there is a easy ramp right across the street (5th Street). Our favorite place we ate was probably Zombie Burger. About a 20 min drive to Jordan Creek Mall. Lots of good stores there.
Everything is set up nice and very clean. Thanks for letting us stay!

Overall it was perfect for our team. We were able to take the skywalk pretty much all the way to the event center. Could have been a little cleaner but overall great. We will stay here again next year!

My friends and so really enjoyed our time here! The space was very clean and nice, the rooms were super comfy and we had a blast playing games too. Would definitely stay here again if the situation arises. The location was nice, had a few things within walking distance but we were also able to park our car nearby for a good price and head out whenever we wanted.

Likes: Was not too happy about sending the lock inn procedures. Said we will get it 3h30 and at 4 we still did not get it. Phone the nr that we got and its still ringing. No answer

Everything was great except this room is VERY close to the main entrance and the walls are VERY thin, making it a noisy stay. On top of that, someone started vacuuming the hallway outside at 7am.
