Likes: Everything here is very clean. Their service is great also. This guy Jaden is very helpful, helped me store my luggage for few hours more and was very proactive asking how was the stay and etc. Dislikes: I didnt like something particular. But the only thing I would recommend is the rooms to have had a separate ac controler that would be fantastic. I didnt need the ac on for my entire trip and this would save lot more energy.

I couldn't be more impressed with my first time stay with Kasa! It was a quick overnight trip for me so finding a place that fit my budget was important but also the fact I was traveling solo. I felt safe and well informed with all my check in instructions & I was in a great part of town! I look forward to using Kasa again and have been telling all my friends about it!

This place was perfect! The best way to describe it was a mini more personable hotel! It’s in a great area! The responsiveness from Kasa was quick and timely! It was super clean! We went for a concert and came home the next day. It is perfect for an overnight stay if you don’t feel like getting an entire Air BB house. The vibe of the place was super cool! The bathroom was gorgeous! Also, comfortable bed! That’s always a plus! We had a great stay!

Great home base for downtown activities, safe and quiet Likes: Location was set in a really beautiful and safe neighborhood near downtown. The areas is quiet, which is way better than the noise and bustle of downtown. Check-in was super easy and seamless, and the common area and patio were nice. The place was spotless clean, and all the streaming services were available. The parking was so convenient too. Dislikes: There was only "tea bag coffee" - no regular coffee maker or a Keurig. We really wished we had the ability to make coffee on site, since there isn't really a walkable coffee shop.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the room was pretty warm. There is no way to control the temperature and the fan in the room did not work. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to spend a quick night.

Had a great overnight stay with Kasa Edison House. It was clean and peaceful. Easy to check in and out. Only a few minutes away from uptown. Felt at home. Parking was limited so opted to stay upon check-in than lose our spot :)

Likes: I had never stayed at a self check in hotel but this was so great! Easy check in and great communication. Location was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still walking distance from bars, grocery store, cafes, restaurants. Very clean and cute decor. Kitchen wasn't used much but it really had everything you could need. I would stay here again! Dislikes: Nothing!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with Airbnb’s. The space was perfect for one person and could be comfortable for two. The coffee shop up the street was perfect walking distance and the area is very peaceful! 10/10 I would do it again!

This is the best kept secret for a stay in Charlotte, NC. I can say this because I am a Charlotte native, and I have friends come to town often. I also book Kasa for my personal staycations when I need a peaceful day to recharge. It is in a beautiful, safe area of the city. It is within a 2 block walking distance from several great restaurants, or a huge local grocery store called Harris Teeter that has everything you will need if you plan on staying in for the night. I Love Kasa!

Nothing is perfect the issues I had weren’t bad for the one night we stayed we were catching a 5am flight. So issues that I had the people staying above me sounded like they were rearranging furniture at midnight and I could hear water running through the wall in bathroom. There was someone on sight in a Kasa shirt who greeted me upon check in so I did let him know of the noise and issue with the noises and he just kind of looked at me and said the whole building is Airbnb what should I expect it was no different than a hotel. Other than that I had no issues was extremely clean and 15 minutes from CLT airport. Only other thing I need to mention is the building the Airbnb is in is not clearly labeled on the street it is in a brick building with no address that was visible.

Will definitely give it a second try Great property - excellent location. Will definitely be back IF we can request an upstairs unit. (Could hear guests walking above us) AND room 005 desperately needs a new mattress. Very uncomfortable - we both kept rolling to the middle.
